3.5/10Tourist trap. Don’t bother. Pasta is just ok. Very average food. Staff are extremely rude and dismissive. We had pre booked but were ignored by all waiting staff for at least 10 minuets despite there being free tables and staff members walking round not serving. They also charge you 3€ for mineral water which was clearly just a used mineral water refilled with tap water as the seal was broken on the lid and there were water stains on the neck of the bottle from where it had been used/washed before. The Parmesan they use is pre-grated from a packet, not good quality. Experience felt rushed once we sat down and staff were pretty consistently rude throughout.

+1Squid ink ravioli and pesto pasta was great. The lasagna was not good. The red sauce was too thick and overcooked (dry). The bathrooms in this restaurant are disgusting unfortunately. There is an infestation of sewer flys in the basement where the bathrooms are. No toilet paper and dirty conditions are a hazard in a restaurant since the restaurant workers use this bathroom before making and serving food.

10/10The four was very good. We had Cacio e Pepe, amatriciana, lasagna, and spaghettone alla nerano. Everything was delicious. The wait staff was fast and friendly. The only complaint would be the tiny portion of tiramisu you get for 9 euros.

Mamma Mia, we started with the cacio e pepe app in which we dipped Italian bed into. I couldn’t stop eating this!! Then we had the pasta carbonara and sciaiatelle. Food was amazing, service great and we people watched as we ate. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!

10/10The best pasta ever! We went during peak season in July and were lucky enough to book a table outside. It was beautiful on a summers night. The service was brilliant as well as their food. Highly recommend this pasta restaurant as they just don’t do pasta out other types of meals too. We ended the night with the best tiramisu which I will never forget how good it tasted. Thank you Semola.

We celebrated our daughter’s birthday dinner at Semola and the staff, food, ambience and experience was fantastic! Marco took such wonderful care of all of us and we hope we will get the chance to return!

10/10Sitting outside on a beautiful evening was lovely. The staff were attentive and really took care of us. The food was delicious. My husband had the Bolognese and I had the Pesto pasta. Both were so fresh and very good.

+1We went to Semola pasta bar as a 7 people group and everyone ordered a different dish just to see if they are really good at everything or just do 1 or 2 good dishes. We got 3 appetizers, 7 different entrees and 2 desserts. So realistically we ordered 12 different dishes and everything was phenomenal. Our server was Marco and he did a wonderful job and answered every question we had. We left the place with big smiles and full bellies. I definitely recommend the place and ask Marco to help you with your food choices.

Had the BEST pasta here. The lasagna and the ravioli alla caprese were both fantastic. It was a cute place to dine, but our server seemed a little agitated. Otherwise it was perfection!
