10/10The best aubergine we have ever eaten! We loved our visit to sesamo and we will definitely visit again when we visit Barcelona again. The tasting menu blew us away!

10/10A charming restaurant with outstanding food. Great vibe and the staff were very welcoming. The chef’s specials were excellent and the mango, coconut chia seed desert was yummy!!

10/10We had the vegan tasting menu, which included a glass of wine. It was absolutely delicious, each dish coming thick and fast after the last one.. My favourite was small tissues red cabbage flowers, and the best sour dough bread I've ever had in Spain. It was a lovely atmosphere of welcome, unhurried yet vibrant, and excellent service.

4/10Used to be great value for money some years ago, now overpriced AF. We ordered the tasting menu and were quite disappointed. The single dishes didnt fit together, it was a weird mix of spanish tapas, indian and italian food. The quality of the dishes varied between ok and slightly below average. Service, interior, and music used to be charming, now totally bland.

10/10Food was really excellent. We had the tasting menu which was all great including the pumpkin soup, pepper padron - a truly exceptional eggplant with soy bean paste. Cabbage with pesto and mint. One of us didn’t have the tasting menu and her dish was also amazong

10/10The food was amazing, esp. the miso-eggplsant. Service was a bit fast for our Dutch taste, but overall really nice vibes! Thank you for the limoncello shots at the end ♡

10/10Lovely place, so catering towards diets (we were both veggie, and one of us gluten free), yet they curated the tasting menu for us. And it was delicious!! Absolutely amazing. Service was also fantastic. If you’re veggie, I couldn’t recommend this place enough.

10/10We enjoyed Sesamo so much we ate there twice in five days. The tasting menu was outstanding with a generous amount of food and seven very distinctive dishes/flavours. I especially loved the silky eggplant with miso, while for my partner it was the mushroom croquettes that were addictive. It's a cosy restaurant, nicely designed, that offers a comfortable haven from the Barcelona crowds and is off the beaten track.

10/10Sesamo is great restaurant promoting vegetarian food. Me and my partner visited them 6 years ago and had a great experience. When we returned last weekend the food was still amazing and experience was just as good. Food top notch, I had baked cauliflower for main and it was amazing. My partner had red cabbage for her starter and she is still talking about it. Highly recommended.

9.5/10One of the best dinners I had in Barcelona. The food is an explosion of taste, great combinations. Lovely and attentive service and a quiet and cozy atmosphere. Absolutely recommended, whether you're a vegetarian or not.

10/10We were so impressed at the chef’s creativity and how good and different every dish was. Was had the veg tasting menu and haven’t had a better one. The staff was attentive and helpful. The ambience was lovely- small and cozy, easy to hear others in our party.

8/10Really enjoyed our visit to Sesamo. Two of us had the vegan tasting menu and two the vegetarian tasting menu. The small restaurant was full and quite noisy so maybe not the place for a quiet meal, but the food was good and the staff were friendly. We really enjoyed the opportunity to try lots of dishes that we might not have considered ordering off the menu

10/10A real hidden gem! We were recommended Sesamo by our friend and we are so glad we listened. A must visit for vegans, vegetarians and anyone who likes super tasty food. Fantastic service and friendly staff.

10/10Has been more than a couple of years since we've been at Sésamo, but we're so happy this little gem still is Sésamo: super friendly staff, a chef and kitchen who knows how to excell (a part of the cauliflower signature dish: you must try the eggplant with Korean spices and honey) and a place where carnivors just forget about eating animals ????. Sésamo is tóp since decades, I can tell.

7.5/10good restaurant but the food was not as good as announced in all guide and definitely not the best vegetarian in Barcelona. ditch to oily. the service was very good but too quick . Wonderfull ambiance but definitely the menu do not worse the price : mushroom crockets and toasted bred with tomato are a classic of the spanish cuisine but not so refine for this type of restaurant . relatively good restaurant

10/10Our favorite restaurant of our visit to Barcelona! We went two times - the first time we did the tasting menu (incredible) and the second time we tried a few more items off the regular menu. There’s not a bad item on the menu, but our favorites were the goat cheese agnolotti, the mushroom croquettes, and the eggplant with miso. Great even if you are not a vegetarian - we highly recommend!

9/10The restaurant was really good, the service and the overall atmosphere were nice but the portions were way too small for the price. I think it's nice if you are searching for a nice place to have a snack and a drink, not a full meal.

10/10Amazing place serving creative vegan and vegetarian Dishes. We had the tasting menu which consisted of 7/8 different dishes and a pumpkin pie for desert - it included wine and water for 30 euro per person. Service by Lilly was excellent- she’s worked there for 14 years and knows her stuff. Very good English too.

9.5/10The quality of the food was good and portions are more than sufficient. We also liked the variation of vegan tapas. Only the courses came in high speed, but that was maybe because it was new years eve.
