10/10We celebrated the birthday of my mother and the Sesto Team made sure we felt welcomed and gave us an impeccable service. The views were as always breathtaking. Thank you for a delightful evening.

10/10I have never, ever in my whole 35 years on this Earth have had such an amazing dining experience as I had at Se°Sto on Arno. I was blown away with every bite from every dish, and the Classico Negroni I enjoyed is quite literally the best I have ever had.

8.5/10We are guests since many years 3-5 times a year. The Location is one of the best in florence. The Food is always excellent. Normally, we get served perfectly. This time after we got the table and the menue no one took care of us. I called a waiter and asked dir the wine list, I got it, nur he did not come back to ask what wine I like to order. Just for an example. The Restaurant was crowed half, 9 people in Service. May be it was to hot that day and they were tired. We had so many nice stays at this restaurant in the past, so next time in Florence we will try again.

5/10The view is amazing. The food is good. But the service is appalling. It isn't that the staff aren't nice. They are. There is no shortage of them, either. But they just don't understand service. We had to ask for everything about three times. We had to get up to fetch staff over. When at the end I complained the manager didn't say sorry but laughed! It was €250 for three people to have a light lunch with almost no alcohol (two glasses of wine). The meal was, as a result of the poor service, frustrating and disappointing.

8.5/10We had lunch here in between tours in the city. The venue itself is very nice, with a stunning view of the surrounding city and country-side and the service was top notch. The gazpacho was excellent. This was one of the most expensive meals we had during our 16 day stay in Italy and Spain, including 3-4 course dinners with 1-2 bottles of wine.

10/10As usual , the great professionalism of the chef , his staff and the sommelier was amply supported by the extraordinary view of the Tuscan hills We appreciated in particular the flexibility demonstrated to accommodate the food allergies of one of our guest. This was our third time at your restaurant and it will not be the last!

8/10Had a seat outdoor (good view) but maybe due to summer, it has some flies flying around and rather irritating. We even had a bug flew to our table. I have to clear it away and many eyes are looking at me.

10/10Nice lunch with a good wine and excellent pasta. Tiramisu was excellent. View can’t be beat. A bit pricey but well worth a visit for a special lunch.

7/10Least favorite restaurant I dined at during my two week trip through Italy and Greece. Staff was cold and distant after it was apparent I did not want to order two courses. Had to ask for my check two times and wait for 35 minutes while they avoided my table. I got the feeling that if you don't spend enough money at this place they treat you differently. I was overly polite the entire time as well. Would not recommend eating here but it would be a nice place to grab a drink for the view.

10/10The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. It was our 1 year anniversary and they appeared to take very special care of us. Food was great…… the restaurant was much more fancy than I’m used to dining at. The experience , coupled with the rooftop appeal of the beautiful sunset , was outstanding.

10/10Was a fantastic experience. This was our last dinner in Florence during our vacation. It was a wonderful way to take in a final look on the city and the sunset during dinner was breathtaking. The food, wine, dessert, and service were incredible.

10/10Florence at it's best! Westin hotel, in the penthouse of which restaurant is situated, has the interior of Medici tradition. Glass walls of the restaurant guarantees 360 degrees breathtaking view of Florence, plus a terrace! Quality of the food match and exceed the view! Service - in the par with the rest!

10/10The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly as soon as we arrived. The cocktails were innovative and well-balanced, with options for every preference. An extensive wine list exists but we opted to stick with cocktails. The tasting menu was absolute heaven. Generous portions (but not excessive), and we enjoyed the surprises from Chef. Truth be told, a MUCH more memorable experience than at a certain michelin-rated spot in rome near the Colosseo. ;) Bravissimi Sesto on Arno!! Grazie mille, a prossimo anno!!

6.5/10We went to this restaurant to take in the view. I was expecting better food quality, given the price, and was disappointed. Steak was great but sides were bland. Soups were so so. Also, the view of the beautiful duomo was reserved for the bar guests. I’d you’re looking for the best view - stick with the bar!

9.5/10Great food. Amazing view. Only deception for us was the lack of choice of italian dishes. Chef recommendations were a cheeseburger and a club sandwich. Nevertheless food was great. Italian meat starter was excellent. Highly recommended to get a great toscanian starter.

5.5/10We booked a table for 6, weeks ago to celebrate a very intimate wedding as the couple had eaten here before and they liked very much the fantastic terrace. We specified that it was a very special occasion and that one of us - the bride- is vegetarian. When we arrived in the hall of the hotel no one was there to great us or at least to show us the way to the restaurant, fortunately the bride and groom knew the way. When we arrived at the restaurant at the six floor the MD greeted us and shooed us our table but despite the bride having a bridal bouquet- no one congratulated the couple, even if they offered a stand for the bouquet. All the staff seamed tired and uninterested. The MD took the order and the. bride had to ask if it was possible to modify a dish to make it vegetarian. No offer to prepare something for her to increase the vegetarian choice. The MD helped to deliver some plates but not a single word if we needed something or if we liked our food. Then he disappeared. They served some peanuts and crisps with our champagne - no canapés - that were left on the table for the rest of the meal until the dessert arrived. The breathtaking terrace is only partially covered so after a while the table was in the sun and it became far to hot to enjoy the meal. We had to swap places to manage the heat. No one asked if we were to hot or apologised. I noticed that there was the possibility to have a table in the shade but it was given to someone without a reservation. The food was OK but I can’t understand how it is possible in Italy to serve a completely undressed salad (with avocado and prawns). At the end of the meal we asked to have the coffee served in the shade and they offered a table inside. When I paid the bill not a single word as to whether we enjoyed our meal but a ‘Arrivederci e grazie’ with the same tone as the machine at the motorway toll-booth. I worked in luxury hotels in my youth so I know good service when I see it and this time I was disappointed

8.5/10The views are truly special and worth the visit alone. The service from the waiter, the busboy and all of the serving staff was courteous, attentive and polite. The food was absolutely perfect! Quality meat and produce, professionally prepared. The only negative was when the Manager pulled his next two senior staff into a glass walled wine room and visibly (lots of hand and arm waving) loudly lectured the staff - Not the time or the place for this type of behaviour from a Manager.

5/10I made a reservation for an apritivo for the rooftop bar for 8pm. We arrived on time but they sat us inside bc they had no tables available outside because it was raining, they sat us at a regular table. When I told our waiter we would just be having drinks and an apritivo (as we reserved) he was very rude and tried to argue with my husband and I about our reservation. We ended up moving to a bar table, which was fine but the initial waiter was extremely rude.
