6/10The food was average because the risotto with oysters was bad and me being vegetarian. I ordered chickpea lollipop which was very less in quantity so the portions are very very less plus, the drinks didn’t match up to the expectation. The price is very high. According to the city, Palermo and the toilets are not cleaned at all. There was pee everywhere in the men’s bathroom. They should probably hire Cleaner if they are taking this much of price from the people for food and drinks. The view is worth definitely, but I can pay seven euros in a cathedral to see that view.

The food exceeded our expectations. Try the gnocchi, are out of this world! Don't miss the panacota! Has a decent variety of wines. Of course the professionalism of the staff made the experience even better. The view is amazing. I could visit again and again.

6.5/10The good… View… Style… amazing and exciting way to end the day.. watch the sunset with a superb cocktail.. The less good… if you don’t like the menu.. sorry.. no flexibility. This let the resturant down.. such a shame the customer didn’t come 1st. The example.. a small but important point.. no choice for sauces with steak. I have a personal dislike of mushrooms (sorry to all mushroom lovers).. I made a simple polite request, “Please can the chef replace the mushroom sauce for something like a bearnaise (egg / wine/ vinegar / herb etc)… however, the “Chef can’t do that ??? “ what?? Whee did the chef get trained ?? And for €38.. for less than 3oz of Sirloin plus half a normal size potato as a second course… ??? Sorry 7… lovely atmosphere .. superb setting .. but some of us like value for money also and little bit of customer focus .. otherwise “this happens at review time” For all reading… you will LOVE the place .. just be aware .. the culture may not be what you expect… 7 ???

Lovely restaurant and nice view outside on patio. The food overall was very good portions on the small side but delicious The service is not the best. We had made a reservation with a time to leave given. We were seated and it took 35mins before a drinks order was even taken. We tried to get the attention of wait staff but were told their college would be over to take the orders. It appeared one hostess was taking orders for the area while other staff just seated people and walked off. Badly managed front of house. The food order didn’t take that long to arrive and was delicious.it was just a shame about the delay in any table service, we were not the only diners in the area feeling this way. Even taking orders for drinks first would have made the 35 mins wait to order more acceptable. I would recommend though as we had a nice evening Once we did receive some service.

7/10The food was a bit underwhelming, but the creativity of dishes were really cool. You're definitely paying for the view, which is beautiful. A good selection of cocktails as well. Lovely lovely staff.

6/10The main draw here are obviously the views, and there are indeed stunning vistas over the Palermo rooftops and cathedral. After dark, all the lights really make it twinkle. The food was delicious, but service and attention wise, it felt like they were trying to cram everyone in. It took a while to get served, then there were problems in the kitchen which were unavoidable. Some tables were allowed to linger longer, whereas I was presented with the bill before having even asked, and felt as though the message was a very clear 'it's time to leave!". It seemed they rely a lot on their prime location and views, but could potentially have much more to offer.

The view is amazing, the front of house teams is really welcoming at first, but once you get your table the service is non-existing. 20-30 min between each interaction with a server. Food is super beautiful but lack taste and finest for the price they charge.

+4The view was nice but not breathtaking as I read in multiple reviews. The main terrace (first level) and the top terrace (third level) give a better view of the city. Our table was located on the second terrace (second level). We had to leave our table to take pictures and look at the view. There were empty tables with a better view on our terrace and on the top level terrace. We politely asked our waiter to change table for a better view of the city. He resoundly said no. Those tables remained unoccupied when we left the restaurant. Another waiter kept pressuring us to order a bottle of wine. We annoyingly declined multiple times. We weren't impressed with the customer service given that we spent nearly two hundred euros for two. We were also disappointed with the dessert, a tiramisu. We have tasted different tiramisus recipes. This one gets thumbs down from us. The food was good overall. I'd recommend the restaurant for the tranquil atmosphere and the view rather than the food.

The service was very slow — we had to wait a long time to be seated, and then it took a long time for someone to take our order. The atmosphere and appearance were wonderful, for which we are especially grateful.

3/10The staff were incredibly rude and hassled us for their mistake in billing, refusing to give us back a bag one of our party had left behind, unless we paid more. Overpriced and will be recommending any friends in future not to attend!

10/10The entire staff was so attentive to our group of 8. Food was excellent. We had hoped to dine on the terrace, unfortunately it had rained and we were set up at a lovely table in a quiet corner of the restaurant. We had a fabulous experience.

6.5/10Both the beef tartar and steak were so tough and fatty we couldn’t eat them. Probably should have ordered something else but if you don’t have good quality beef please take it off your menu.
