Lunch was perfect. Simple yet delicious. The service was absolutely wonderful and the restaurant manager was amazing. Traveling is stressful let alone with little children, however Don Corrado Giboni went above the call to ensure my kiddos felt at home! His recommendations were spot on and his pairings flawless. We genuinely enjoyed our time and have now added the Hotel to our choice list, simply because of his service! Milan checked! See you soon!

The service was the worst I have ever encountered at a fine dining restaurant. After my appetizer, they did not pick up my empty plate for one hour. My second course was never served . Every one at the table had finished their meal when they the waiter told they were cooking my food. I declined since everyone was already finished. After they served the food, the waiter never came back to table to check on us. There was no refilling the water or the wine. The restaurant was almost empty. Now I know why!! There are too many good restaurants in Milan. Don’t waste your time going to this one!

Opted to dine here while staying at the hotel, during a wet, cold night. Food was outstanding. Decent wine list. Wait staff was very good, although the captain could have been friendlier.

I’m sorry because they really tried to compensate for their mistake, but the service and quality of the food was just terrible. We asked for a medium steak and it was totally overcooked; when I ask to give it back they tried for a second to push back saying it was medium. They offered me a wine (even thought I said I was not drinking at the beginning) and a tiramisù but I’m sorry to say that it was terrible as well. My girlfriend ordered a drink that didn’t arrive. The average price for a dinner there is 60-80 euros. In the reviews on Google they say food is good, but service was bad. For me they were both terrible, even if they tried and they were not rude as they said.

I went with my bf and there were no other people in the restaurant during lunch, which is rather odd. I booked the Easter set menu but hoping to get an explaination of the dishes before commit to it, but they just started without asking. The starter was ok. I love the mains even tho the Risotto can add a bit more flavour. The dessert shouldn't have put on a white plate but that's a very personal opinion. A bit pricy to be honest for what we had. Could do a bit better i think.

We booked as this hotel restaurant was convenient for us. Although fairly priced, the food was of a very poor quality - a classic example of style over substance. The turbot mille-feuille was particularly badly prepared - the turbot being terribly undercooked. One of my dining friends thought it inedible. The imagination in the concept of the menu was terribly ill-conceived. The best course was the simple Tiramisu, chosen from small group of traditional dishes at the end of the menu. We did have a delicious bottle of San Gregorio Taurasi, very reasonably priced. This was the poorest meal of our 4 days in Milan. We did wonder if they have a sous-chef leading the kitchen on a Sunday? A shame!

Honestly a real disappointment given we only had one night in Milan. The place is soulless, the food average at best, the service not great. A crispy egg starter that had no texture whatsoever, Salmon that was tasteless, duck that had no taste and was still raw and chewy, beef that was also close to raw. Wine glasses that were dirty and had to be changed twice, and to do so took a lot of hand waving and shouting to get any attention. They did give us the two glasses of wine as an apology, but to be honest I would steer well clear. They are trying to do a modern twist in food and it isn’t working. There are far better places to eat in Milan.

Let’s down Eataly brand. Elegant setting, good ingredients but lack of flavour and weak combinations. Negligence or lack of skill.

~This restaurant just felt a bit tired and the food just wasn't very loved. i know it is a big business hotel, but this is Italy, and I feel there was not a passionate cook anywhere near...just ok, but not at all memorable,

Nice food well presented. Unfortunately the atmosphere was a little spoiled by a conference that was taking place at the hotel as some of the attendees behaviour was a bit obtrusive. Otherwise would recommend.

There were only two people including the Maitre’de to serve 14 tables inside and six outside. Hence, they brought new meaning to the concept of slow food. We had been to Eaterly in NYC, so we had high expectations. Unfortunately, we were disappointed as we were expecting outstanding food and service and we received neither.

What a lousy meal. All 4 of us. No taste . Snobby service, always forgot us. My boiled tomato with a fork full of zucchini but no salt no herbs. 16€???Be warned. Risotto nothing but cheese, no art. And certainly no love in this place.

We had the 5 course menu which was well balanced and paired by nice wines. Everything was perfectly taken care of by Franco. We had a great evening in a cosy atmosphere.

Really nice food. Best we had in Milan. I recommend the linguine with lobster. The service was excellent!

I hadn't realised this restaurant was in a hotel, but don't let that put you off visiting. Food was very high quality, of modern cuisine type rather than traditional Italian. Our wine waiter recommended an excellent bottle of Friuli.
