10/10Amazing, freshly cooked. straight off the BBQ food. Great cocktails and a chilled, relaxed vibe. Perhaps a touch on the expensive side. but that can be resolved by sensible ordering (which we failed to do) as the main dishes are huge. Will be back.

10/10We were staying locally for a week and had read good reviews for the Shack. We booked a table for four and were met on arrival by a manager that showed us round to the car park and then to our outside table (we had a choice of in or out). His knowledge of the menu was extensive and we each opted for a different dish; Tacos Pulled Pork & Brisket, Androuillette AAAA, Ribs Baton Rouge and Short Reef Ribs with sides of Puree Truffe, Coleslaw and Corn on the Cob. With drinks the bill came in at £185, which for us is very pricey, but I can honestly say that we all thought these were the best meals out we had had in years. Every one of us thought our dishes were truly delicious and 1005 recommend a visit here. After our meals the manager gave us a tour and history of the restaurant, which is quite beautiful when you see all the different rooms. We were too full for desert, but when my friend and I went to Nice the next day, the ladies returned at lunch to have their puddings, which they loved

10/10Perfect setting, good food, good atmosphere & good service. Will come back with pleasure. improvment comment: Just the ceiling lighting in the table des amis 's corner was a little too bright and candles on the table were not lighted due to unforseen reason.

7.5/10The meat quality was not good. Tons of fat and grizzle. No bbq flavor. Sides were good, Cole slaw and mashed potatoes. Won’t be back

10/10Awesome spot, amazing food and great happy and friendly staff. We will be making this place a regular lunch spot.
