So we had to choose something with veg options. And I found Shanghai stories. They were very helpful and curated a few things to our liking and our needs. Lovely food throughly enjoyed would def repeat.

We truly enjoyed the food. Even though there are many Chinese restaurants in the city and we've tried quite a few, this one really stood out for its authenticity. The flavors took us straight back to China. Definitely a culinary experience we’d love to repeat.

Kind of a special Chinese restaurant with a great menu and delicious food. Service was good and quick, friendly. Will definitely come back to try other choices as there's so much you can try in one lunch and there are a lot of choices.

Try the steamed shrimp dumplings, the green beans, the Shanghai noodles. Come for the food, a quiet atmosphere different than what’s in the city, on your last night, when you’re finding Spanish food repetitive, on a rainy night, on a night you’re craving Chinese.

+1This place was reaaaally good. The portions are definitely on the big side, so make sure you order plates to share. Having this in mind, since you are sharing the prices because considerably cheap. There is a lot of diversity of options to pick from. Everything was perfect. If you want an asian food experience, this is the place. The staff was nice. The environment is nothing special, just a normal restaurant.

A pleasant surprise with the quality and authenticity of the food. Shop interior was typical of Chinese restaurant in a foreign country and the lady owner was warm and welcoming. Price was reasonable.

I have been here many times, the food is great (we usually order some dumplings, noodles)...) and the waiters are really friendly!

We enjoyed the food alot, love the spicy diced chicken, cabbage n wanton soup, a nice change in cuisine. Also had a nice chat with the restaurant owner very friendly n warm.

Wonderful Christmas night dinner. Food was excellent and delicious! It is a good idea to book, as the place is popular. Located 4 min walk from the Axel hotel on Carrer Aribau.

The best Chinese meal I’ve had in years! The service was excellent, they even got me a painkiller (I had a bad headache). Will be back ✌????

This restaurant appears to be operated by a family, and that makes it even more charming and warm. Food is great. That was our first time. We look forward to trying more dishes.

Food below par and plates came out with extreme wait in-between, rude staff, was sat next to an icecream freezer in the back, and the first time I've ever experienced having the checkbook thrown at my lap. I'm hoping this was a bad night, not a bad restaurant.

We had a really good moment at this place. The service was really special and attentive, we were recommended specific dishes and the food was amazing so follow what the waitress says !

Excellent food. Possibly the best Chinese food I’ve ever eaten. The shrimp dumplings are outstanding. So is the hot and sour soup. Nice atmosphere and attentive service.

Nice Chinese cuisines. Strongly recommend if you like spicy (medium), traditional Shanghai cuisine, and dim sum (Xiao-long-bao, Steamed buns with BBQ Pork / Cha-shao-bao). Invite more people together to enjoy more dishes though the each dish /portion is not that big.
