7/10The outside of the building is completely different from the inside. The inside is really stylish and nice. The outside is mweh. The staff is friendly, but not talkative. You can enjoy a good meal and have a good time. I enjoyed myself an so did my wife.

6/10We ordered the Dragon Roll a couple of times, but we never received it. We waited a long time for the food as well, even though it wasn’t that crowded in the restaurant. The food overall was pretty good.

10/10I just dont like the out surrounding of Shiki (parking place etc..). It was smelly and look so well maintained. The inside of the restaurant was sooo nice and big and the food was great!!!

10/10Really enjoyed the time at Shiki! The sushi was very tasty en fast! The unagi roll was definitely my favorite! I would recommend it to anyone who has a great taste. I've been to many sushi restaurants and I can tell that this one belongs to one of my favorites.

10/10Excellent Sushi Restaurant, everytime I come here I am again amazed at the high quality of sushi they serve here and unlike other places you only pay one set fee. I’ve eaten at many a sushi restaurants, but Shiki’s sushi is among the top of this list. If you love sushi, you’ll love Shiki. Due to all ordering being done through tablets all orders are proccessed fast, if you order a drink it will usually end up at your table in a matter of seconds. All staff are very friendly and work hard to have you enjoy your stay. If you’ve never been to Shiki, what are you waiting for? Go!

8/10Nice Japanese restaurant near the Alexander station in Rotterdam. The food is really good and the staff is super kind and helpful but the atmosphere is a bit noisy. Overall a really positive experience!

6.5/10We reserved a table for 3 at 19:45, we arrived on time, but we were only placed in our table at 20:30, we were starving by that time.The restaurant was completely overbooked. Very disappoint!

10/10The dishes and service are very good, but the noise level is too high, impossible to talk, give headaches, the restaurant should think in way to prepare the walls and ceiling to avoid such noise. I don't know if I would return because of the impossible noise.

9.3/10Delicious food and very pleasant atmosphere. To make the story short, I found the food verry good, the sushi were truly heavenly, so fresh, it just melts in your mouth! Staff very helpful. We will return another time.

6/10The service was nice, very fast food delivery after ordering from the pad. However because of the fast service, the sushi is not fresh and tasty enough, warm dishes such as beef, chicken and mushroom were really delicious. The atmosphere is lounge themed, really nice to hang out with friends for a drink but not for those who want some nice sushi. And we got a place were the light is too blending and annoying if you keep staring at the changing color while eating sushi.

7.8/10Friendly waiters, great food, nice decor - what more can you ask for. The restaurant is also easily accessible from the tram stop. Reservation was also very easy online. I also made a change in my reservation timing and it was easy to do

7.5/10Nice atmosphere and customer friendly service. We had opted for the 'Premium Menu', though to be honest we couldn't see the difference from the 'Basic Menu' with the exception of the salads (?) Nonetheless, food was great. For sure it won't be the last time.
