10/10Lovely little restaurant, nicely decorated with a real family run feel. Food freshly prepared and service first class . Nice bottle of red wine too. Quality and taste in relation to price impossible to beat. We loved our evening there and would recommend 100 %.

10/10What a nice, cozy restaurant. Host Faisa gave us a true welcome feeling (his English is perfect by the way and he even speaks some Dutch). The food was delicious. True Indian flavours. And the prices are low. We had the Vindaloo (for the spicy lovers) and Murgh Makni (for the sweet lovers) with plain Nan. All very delicous! The dessert also. Perfect size after a meal. Order a bottle of wine or beer with it and have a lovely evening!

6.5/10The welcome and staff is good, food was ok. But unfortunately I guess they missed the chana masala. They have used lot of red color in it. No where in the dish felt the taste of onions and tomatoes... and we Indians use coriander in all our dishes either for garnishing or for dish itself. But here no coriander. The dish was spicy but I can really feel the raw taste of red chili. Baingan bharta taste was good but very less baingan and more curry. I am saying all this because myself have worked for many Indian restaurants and I too has Indian restaurant. I am not criticizing any one here because we learn from the feed backs and try to improve. So guys keep it up and make it better. Thanks

10/10Extremely good butter chicken. Probably the best I've ever eaten. All the other food was amazing as well. Highly recommend eating here to anyone that has taste buds.

10/10One of the best places to go for authentic Indian food! I love the flavors at Shimla and the staff is really friendly and helpful. I like the fact that the food is absolutely authentic and healthy (not submerged in loads and loads of oil like other places). You won't be disappointed, your stomach will be happy and your wallet won't be completely empty... take it from me, I'm a student again. Its a location for dinner with a good environment for family and friends. I would totally recommend the place to others. They have a great deal of food & lots of variety. This place is spiced just right. 100% recommended. ????

3/10If you like genuine and spicy Indian food, forget this restaurant. I had read other opinions saying that it had been adapted to French taste, which may be true as Indian taste has none. All the dishes we got had very similar flavours (up to the same color as the base sauce is about the same). And yet it took 45 minutes to bring us the food! And when we complained about the delay, the owner said it was because of the difficulty of the dishes we had ordered ... well, he should have warned us and we would have chosen other plates! And it was nothing special: a vegetarian set menu and prawns in Roganjosh sauce, plain rice and naan bread. The second beers they served were warm so he had to take them back and we ended up eating with tap water. I can not think of anything else to make a dinner disastrous. Not recommended at all.
