Very good food but gastronomic menu is rather different than the Carte. Service could be improved being warmer. Unbelievable to see wines from Alsace under Germany. Oh my God! The same would be Sake under China title!

The temperature difference between inside and outside is a drawback. I wish they would raise the temperature inside. After 3 hours of omakase, my body was completely cold. Most of the food was cold, so I felt dizzy after going outside. It was a wonderfully delicious, top-notch Japanese meal, so that was a bit disappointing. Also, I'm Japanese, and the explanations before each dish was brought to me and before I ate were too long. I wish they would be more flexible.
