10/10The service was super attentive, the food was fabulous too. It was our wedding anniversary and they set a table specially for us at the edge of the garden, a really nice touch. They also brought a pudding out with a candle at the end of the meal. It was really sweet of them. The food was perfect and they will adapt the level of spiciness to your level. I highly recommend Siam to anyone. Fabulous place.

10/10From the moment the copper entrance gates of the Mercedes Country House gently open to reveal the gardens and ample parking, it’s as if you have magically been transported across the northern hemisphere to Thailand. A simple menu but each dish it’s own delicious masterpiece. The tempura is feather light. Beef in Oyster sauce is tender and zinging with flavour. There is a good choice of curry dishes designed to include everyone’s favourite. The wine list is good also. We had a fabulous family evening sitting outside and will certainly be visiting again!

10/10Amazing Thai food, it tasted very authentic to us. Chef is Thai and everything we ordered was delicious. Each dish had its own distinct subtle flavours. We enjoyed our meal and our evening very much. The owners and the staff were so friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!

10/10It's on the same campus as the Mercedes Country Inn. An authentic Thai restaurant with all your favorites and nice wine list. Linen table cloth and excellent service awaits. One of our go to places when we are looking for a nice meal and comfortable surroundings.

10/10We were so happy to find this hidden gem of a restaurant tucked away near Santa Barbara de Nexe. We went for an evening meal with friends who were visiting us. The whole evening was perfect. Having had Thai Food in Thailand, England, and a host of other countries, the food in Siam - Authentic Thai Cuisine is exactly that..Authentic. Amazing flavors. Beautiful presentation. Everything was delicious. The staff is welcoming, graceful, friendly, happy (always important) and relaxed. Can't wait to return! Thank you.

9.5/10Excellent food, friendly staff and nice surroundings. Most of the meal, we were the only ones there, but it was a middle of the week dinner. Menu was generous and staff immediately provided two options to add heat to the dishes where they had been more timid with the chili. Lovely meal!
