8/10We had a lovely evening. Nice atmosphere nice food. Just a little disappointed with the bruschetta. Otherwise cocktail very good and main dish very nice and the desserts were the best.

8/10Evening with friends. Nice ambiance but village type restaurant “more of a vintage flavor”. Pizzas were good, other main like the Tartare of beef bit less of an interest. Our common review from our dinner would nice be without The Fork rebate a bit too expensive. Probably we will go back to that restaurant but only with a rebate.

10/10This is a great little restaurant that has friendly service and good food. My appetizer was an excellent octopus, beautifully presented. The Sibo signature pizza thereafter was prepared to perfection with high-quality ingredients.

10/10Recommended by our Son and his GF. Delighetd to say it was a brilliant sunny location overlooking the Lac, great service with a smile and delicious home made pasta and even their own wines. Took friends visiting from abroad, so a great result all round:-) Will be going back very soon! Thank you to Team Sibo!

5/10Very mediocre-sleepy restaurant in Echichens. 70's decor inside, though cozy. Food was dissapointing...small portions for 45+chf. The osso bucco with polenta was salty and poor quality meat. Even the tiramisu for dessert lacked flavor. We ordered 2 salads and the server only gave us 1. The wine from the local cave, however, was excellent. A less-than-exciting dinner that did not impress.

10/10We arrived early and were able to watch the final prep of some of the pasta for the evening service. My young son loves watching cooking shows and starting to help in the kitchen at home and was fascinated. The team were super friendly and we picked a table so he could see what was happening.

10/10Super dinner tonight. Really friendly staff who were very good with our children. Pasta and pizza ordered and enjoyed. Looking forward for another excuse to visit
