good service, delicious food.

Great food but right in the market, during our entire dinner they were shutting the market stalls with a lot of screeching noise and we set practically in the walkway.

When it comes to food, 5 stars is definately appropriate, same for atmosphere. When it comes to service however, if there was a sixth star I would rate it 6 stars. It made the meal and the evening even more memorable. Highly recommended little restaurant if you want good, quality food in a relaxed "mercado" environment.

amazing food and great service!

We were in Madrid for business and were looking first a nice place for dinner with typical food. The Sinciomadrid is a perfect place for this ( small place in the market ). We took the Fideua, baked rice with cow cheeks and cheesecake as well as a nice white wine (Albariño and Riesling) and this was perfect. The waitress was vers pleasant and smiling.lively moment

What an amazing discovery! Every dish was outstanding (and we ordered about 80% of the menu), great wines and perfect service. Deliciousness all around!

We had a lovely time. The atmosphere was fun, different, charming. The food was good, elegant, no show off, no acrobatics, just very good food, and the service was unforgettable. Rosario, our Argentinian waitress, had just landed in Madrid after four years in Japan. She was a rare jewel. Yes, I would recommend without hesitation.

This restaurant was a hidden gem. The food was incredible and the service was fabulous. We were the only ones there but that may have been because we were early. They hadn’t quite opened yet when our 730 reservation time came up. They stopped everything they were doing, set a table for us and cooked us. An incredible meal. My only comment would be to go after 830 or so. I wouldn’t take the 730 reservation, even though they offer it. Highly recommend!

Although a great concept being located in the old market building it missed the marks on food quality and service. Three of us were completed when the fourth person in our party received his meal.

The food, beverages and service was excellent! Incredible quality you usually can expect from a Michelin Restaurant. The starters and main were excellent, the white and red wine extraordinary and the service perfect!

We booked this restaurant for a rainy December night at the end of a short trip to Spain. We stay at the nearby Axel hotel, and love visiting the Anton Martin market.. Sincio did not disappoint, wonderful menu, we shared 4 plates and a lovely wine as a supper. Staff was very helpful and owner Jorge popped out to greet us, All in all very happy! See you guys next time.

It is my second time dining there. Bothe experience are awesome. The chef used to work for Michelin restaurant and you can tell it from the dishes. The presentation is great and the taste is awesome. Very worthy dining experience. The service is also good. Highly recommend.

Located in the market downstairs, it’s an informal place. The food was excellent, especially the prawn carpaccio. I can only recommend it.

We arrived at 8 PM but most of the stands at the market where closed… quite disappointing but the food made up for it big time. The octopus and the baked rice are a must!!!!!!!

Wow. What an undiscovered gem! Stellar food and service. Honestly the best food we ate here in Madrid (and that’s after 2 solid weeks of eating out). We are moving here in September and expect to be regulars.

I haven't written a restaurant review for a long time, but this restaurant is worth it. To be in the local market, only 4-5 tables. Everything looks simple and ascetic. But, most importantly, the food was just top notch! Everything we tried was amazing and very reasonably priced. I definitely recommend this place!

Tiny restaurant in the vivid Mercado Antón Martin With excellent food, wine and service Sincio. Cocina de Mercado is a great source for unique dishes at marketplace pricing. Try the delicious Fideuá con sepia, gambas y ali olí al azafrán and you’ll see.

A simple restaurant located in the mercado. The food was fine, but nothing too special. Very salty. Nothing worth writing home about. The service was friendly.

Durante la cena nos acercamos varias veces a preguntar qué tal estaban los platos y siempre contestaste que muy bien. Si la comida no estaba de tu agrado creo que ese hubiera sido el momento de decirlo para haberte cambiado el plato o prepárate otra cosa. Preguntamos a todos los clientes porque nos interesa la opinión de los mismos para mejorar cada día. Revisaremos los puntos de sal de nuestros platos para que no vuelva a ocurrir. A wonderful discovery in the mercado Anton Martin. Though there is limited space and seats , it is the food that truly stands out. The beef rib was incredible!! Friendly service and reasonably priced.

Tiny restaurant inside the market. Fresh ingredients combined in a delicious and creative way. The truffle risotto and langostinos with corn sauce are superb

Such a great find, the food was so tasty! You would not expect that level of cooking of such a small place inside a market. Service/host was perfect and very friendly.
