Really nice little family restaurant with simple but delicious dishes would 100% back. Vegetarian is accommodated on request and is just as good!

Fantastic 5 course meny with good wine recommendations. You can look from the glass entrance doors direct to the canal. Fantastic service and owner Julia is a fantastic person with a very interesting story of mooving from Santiago de Chile to Amsterdam. Tank you very much Christine&Jan-Martin from Finland

The food and services were amazing. Since there is no menu, the only decision is three, four, or five courses. We had four courses with the wine pairing and every dish was excellent.

The food was fantastic and the person serving was very friendly. We had the 3 courses and that was enough for us. We were the only ones there but we did eat very early and it was a very wet/cold January !

This restaurant had a really innovative pre fixe three course meal (4 and five courses were also available) that was absolutely delicious and used all kinds of surprising ingredients. We really loved this place. The price per couple with wine was extremely reasonable given the artistry and quality of the food. We recommend Singel highly

The concept is that the chef decides what is the menue (unless you have any allergy). You may choose either a three / four or five courses. It was delicious..

This is a lovely small family restaurant that serves first rate set menu dinners. Each course is more creative and tastier than expected. Wine pairings are well thought out and pours are generous. Would definitely come back and highly recommend. Great value too!

+3I’ve been coming to this spot for the past 4 years. I moved to the Netherlands from Cape Town so I am used to GOOD fine dining experiences. This place is super special I’m genuinely surprised it’s not full every single day! I love the food, I love that the restaurant is cozy and charming. The service is lovely - super charming and charismatic! I always get rave reviews after referring people here. You will be a repeat offender!

Upon a recommendation from a friend we booked this restaurant for our final night in Amsterdam. We were not disappointed! The food and service was excellent. The chef's choices for our evening were delicious. We will return if we are visiting Amsterdam in the future. A great find!

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Singel 101. The restaurant is cozy and welcoming. We were seated in a small upstairs dining room which was perfect for a romantic dinner. The food was spectacular! Impeccably presented and perfectly executed. We had the 5 course tasting menu which gave us a wonderful insight into the creativity and breadth of talent of the chef and team. Unlike many restaurants with food of such elevated quality, the service was incredibly warm and welcoming. It was well into the meal that we found out that the person serving our table was actually the owner! She is so incredibly kind and open. Speaking with her about the restaurant and her vision for it was an absolute joy. My husband and I travel frequently and often seek out tasting menus. Our evening at Singel 101 was hands down in the top two we have had the opportunity (and good fortune) to experience. Thank you so much!!!!

This was one of the most creative restaurants I’ve been to in the past year or two. Be prepared for lots of wonderful tastes sensations. Each course is a special treat and is unique for that day.

Single 101 is a hidden gem. It’s a fixed menu, but accomodates vegan, vegetarian and gluten free allergies. The food was exceptional. One of the best meals we’ve had. We would highly recommend it.

Super little restaurant we were lucky to be able to book. It is a bit daunting having no menu but the food was v good. I am a vegetarian but my husband is not and we both really enjoyed the meal

We had a really lovely family meal, a combination of 3 and 5 courses. The food was good for vegetarians and meat eaters. The only downside was the very slow service. My parents were very tired and we left extremely late.

You choose the number of courses you want to eat, notify whether you have any strong preferences or allergies, and then leave it to the kitchen. We enjoyed the surprise element and the food itself was well prepared and delicious to eat. It was also reasonably priced.

I have come to this wonderful establishment quite a few times. Each time was a good time. The ambiance is cozy and inviting. The hostess, Hulia, is a gem in her own right. Always so warm, gracious, and lovely. The food, yes, the food. Every time I came, the food was seasonal, inventive, and above all, delicious. I’m definitely a fan of Singel 101. Looking forward to repeat future visits.

Great dinner. We chose the 4 dishes option, and that was perfect. Good combination of flavours and texture throughout. Friendly and efficient service.
