9/10This restaurant had a really innovative pre fixe three course meal (4 and five courses were also available) that was absolutely delicious and used all kinds of surprising ingredients. We really loved this place. The price per couple with wine was extremely reasonable given the artistry and quality of the food. We recommend Singel highly

9.5/10This is a lovely small family restaurant that serves first rate set menu dinners. Each course is more creative and tastier than expected. Wine pairings are well thought out and pours are generous. Would definitely come back and highly recommend. Great value too!

10/10+3I’ve been coming to this spot for the past 4 years. I moved to the Netherlands from Cape Town so I am used to GOOD fine dining experiences. This place is super special I’m genuinely surprised it’s not full every single day! I love the food, I love that the restaurant is cozy and charming. The service is lovely - super charming and charismatic! I always get rave reviews after referring people here. You will be a repeat offender!

10/10Upon a recommendation from a friend we booked this restaurant for our final night in Amsterdam. We were not disappointed! The food and service was excellent. The chef's choices for our evening were delicious. We will return if we are visiting Amsterdam in the future. A great find!

10/10We had an absolutely amazing experience at Singel 101. The restaurant is cozy and welcoming. We were seated in a small upstairs dining room which was perfect for a romantic dinner. The food was spectacular! Impeccably presented and perfectly executed. We had the 5 course tasting menu which gave us a wonderful insight into the creativity and breadth of talent of the chef and team. Unlike many restaurants with food of such elevated quality, the service was incredibly warm and welcoming. It was well into the meal that we found out that the person serving our table was actually the owner! She is so incredibly kind and open. Speaking with her about the restaurant and her vision for it was an absolute joy. My husband and I travel frequently and often seek out tasting menus. Our evening at Singel 101 was hands down in the top two we have had the opportunity (and good fortune) to experience. Thank you so much!!!!

10/10Single 101 is a hidden gem. It’s a fixed menu, but accomodates vegan, vegetarian and gluten free allergies. The food was exceptional. One of the best meals we’ve had. We would highly recommend it.

10/10Super little restaurant we were lucky to be able to book. It is a bit daunting having no menu but the food was v good. I am a vegetarian but my husband is not and we both really enjoyed the meal

9.5/10We had a really lovely family meal, a combination of 3 and 5 courses. The food was good for vegetarians and meat eaters. The only downside was the very slow service. My parents were very tired and we left extremely late.

10/10This was our last night in Amsterdam and we chose Singel 101. The food is unparalleled in all of Amsterdam. Each dish had a combination of ingredients that danced in your mouth. The owner of the restaurant was so kind at the end of the meal, calling us a cab and spending a moment with us despite having a very busy evening. Such a great experience!

10/10I have come to this wonderful establishment quite a few times. Each time was a good time. The ambiance is cozy and inviting. The hostess, Hulia, is a gem in her own right. Always so warm, gracious, and lovely. The food, yes, the food. Every time I came, the food was seasonal, inventive, and above all, delicious. I’m definitely a fan of Singel 101. Looking forward to repeat future visits.

9/10Finding a good restaurant that is open on Boxing Day and doesn't serve a Christmas menu is not easy but we found this wonderful place, Singel 101. A 4-course or 5-course surprise menu, not overly fancy but quite good food wise. The wine list has some very nice bottles on it, too. The quality of the food was good, the presentation very nice, but it's the service that stands out. 2 lovely ladies who know their stuff. We had a very pleasant dining experience here and would certainly recommend it!
