Very good food & service. We were seated outside which was ok but not great.

It seems like the restaurant focuses more on Instagramability than on the craft of good cooking. While I love Peruvian cuisine this particular style of fusion felt completely off. The Michelin Guide should be ashamed of itself to award this place with a bib gourmand.

Took the tasting menu. Variety of dishes including plant based, seafood and meat. Nice presentation and tasty flavours for all dishes. Dinning room attractive. On the down side service whilst ok was just a little sloppy at times - diary glass of wine poured was spilt, although they changed everything rapidly. Also first dishes of the menu came very quickly, with little pause between them - although this changed as we got our way through it. Overall a nice meal and would go back.

Fabulous tasting menu

We had lunch during the week. The 8 course menu was fantastic and pretty cheap as well. Cava suggestion was top. The restaurant has a nice interior but was a bit empty when we came. Probably this restaurant is full in the evening so make reservations. It was really a great lunch. I wasn’t hungry in the evening as it was more than enough food.

excellent for a casual yet high quality meal. We took the set menu and did not regret it.

The food is good, the menu is fish and meat. I preferred the fish part. The service is quite poor, the waiters did not explain well the dishes, in my opinion not sufficiently trained. Atmosphere quite low, during the lunch people discharging furnitures was going and back. So, not too bad but it could improve.

The food was great. The cheese croquette and brûlée scallops were a highlight. The service was perfectly paced, and the tasty menu was a highlight. The restrooms were a little shabby. Overall, it was an exceptional value in a great little neighborhood.

This is probably the best dinner we've had in Madrid during our February visit! We had the Fusion Menu and we both agreed that every portion is a winner! Great choice for a great evening!

Not really exciting. We expected more from a deugustation Menü. Waiters only speak spanish

Exquisite restaurant. I’ve been there 3 times already and tried most of the menu. A must: la vieira and croquetas de choco, these are just divine

You cannot fault the food in Sisapo - it is amazing! Unfortunately (and not surprising) the team did not speak good English. As we not did order the tasting menu this threw them, we were brought food we did not order and they missed food we did order (despite showing them the list we wanted in their menu app). It also meant the head waiter shouted over his colleague each time he brought us a dish to describe (felt a bit crass). It’s the first time service has detracted from our evening which is a shame. But honestly food is great so don’t not go.

Everything about Sisapo was first class. The food was excellent and the service was very attentive. We will definitely go again.

The food was innovative and interesting (except one dish which was just pure fat). However despite their best efforts service was mediocre. The biggest problem was the wait. We got there at 8:25 and left at 11pm. There was a long wa

Lovely small restaurant with very comfortable chairs. The tasting menu was an outstanding balance of innovative shellfish dishes and wonderful meat, mainly beef. Beautifully cooked and presented. A real treat for our lunch.

Food was excellent and the. Chef went out of his way to explain each of our eight dishes for the gastronomic menu, as we do not speak Spanish. It could not have been a more enjoyable experience.

Food was beautiful, tasty! Service was impeccable. A wonderful experience even for our 2 boys who are picky eaters ! We thought it was good value for money.

A new very nice spot in Madrid. Excellent food, good prices. We see a possible Michelin star on the horizon.

The pro’s got it right - this place delivers. Tiny portions that build to a rewarding and fantastic meal. If you want to try it, I’d suggest the tasting menu… you get a little if everything. Personal favourite were the squid gyoza’s in some Mexican inspired sauce that was to die for… I would say that everything eaten was an 8+ or higher, with exception of the marrow, which lacked density of flavour (7) - but when mixed with the tartar, made it an 8. Still worth a try! Go! You won’t be disappointed, one of the best secrets in Madrid.

What a find! Small and beautiful with incredible food. We chose 6 starters to share and then 1 main course - the pork cheeks were succulent and tasty with such a deep flavour. All dishes were beautifully presented and full of flavour. A very cool concept!

In an unpretentious but plenty of design atmosphere this little restaurant offers creative cuisine with clear references to the spanish flavors and ingredients. A step menu that does not challenge your stomach's capacity , the recipes are not over complicated neither sophisticated but do have a concept behind. Seasonal ingredients are present , as well as respect for their original natural flavors .

Cozy atmosphere, attentive service, delicious food - and the menu app illustrates it well how it is prepared and what the ingredients are. We tried the gourmet menu with 8 courses, really delicious and well presented.

Great food but super rushed dinner. No time to eat your food before they give your table away.

Great little find. Great service and some very interesting dishes. Special mention to the zamburinas, the shao mai, choco croquetas and the corvina. The other guest I went with hit the steak tartar and was gladly impressed too. Service was friendly, knowledgable, speedy and non-intrusive. Great restaurant. I'll certainly go again.
