The waitres was the best! She was energetic and welcoming. She was helpfull in choosing the best option for me and my friend on the menu. A friend told us about this restaurant and we weren't disappointed. The food was delicious. Would definitely eat here again and try something else.

Food lacking flavour in general so a bit disappointing, although the chicken arrived sizzling which was nice. Friendly service but hard to get attention to order a second drink and one of the dishes was not as described in menu- this was corrected though.

My friend and I had a wonderful time at Sizz. Food was delicious and service was very good, although our wait for our main course was slightly on the high side of over an hour but our chicken dishes were definitely worth the wait. Would highly recommend!!

For me this is the best Indian restaurant in Amsterdam. It’s very comfortable inside, the staff are all very professional and friendly but the best is, that the food is incredible.. Everything is freshly made and tastes delicious.

We are visiting from Orange County where it is home to some authentic Indian food. We came across these reviews of this restaurant and they were spot on. We had the Vindaloo King Prawns, Aloo benghain, and garlic naan. The portions were just right for us but we don’t eat that much. The garlic naan was a bit small for what we were used to. The flavors were excellent, not over salted and the spice level was no joke but in a good way!

Best thing about the restaurant: there is space, even or especially in the restrooms, which is kind of atypical for Amsterdam. And if you are lucky your table is overlooking a canal. And the food ... is good. Don't forget to take a mango lassi. That is excellent.

Service better than the food, which is pretty tasteless. Welcoming sign on the table, modern interior, friendly waitresses. But it already starts with the two sauces that come with the poppadums: they are pretty tasteless and watery. A sign of the rest to follow. Don’t expect real Indian tastes, but a watered down version - to name it fusion is no excuse. Nice gesture that the food we complained about was taken off the bill. This could be so much better!

I had a pre-birthday dinner at Sizz and they very much made it a special experience! They had a cute little welcome sign for me on the table, which was a lovely touch. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. The food was amazing too! We started with samosas and bhaji, which were so tasty. Then had the lamb jalfrezi and chicken biryani which were full of flavor, and everything was cooked perfectly (the lamb was absolutely delicious!). The drinks were beautifully presented and refreshing also. Overall, Sizz gave me a great pre-birthday treat, and I’d definitely recommend it for anyone looking for delicious Indian food in a stylish, cozy setting!

We were welcomed warmly by friendly staff and shown to our table. The order was taken quickly by a friendly waiter. the food when it arrived was well presented and it was hot. Both the starters and the main course were excellent. It was a great evening with good food and friendly effiicient service. I would definitely recommend and I would go back.
