6.5/10I was taking a breakfast. Hot food was good. The choise between differents types of bread was limited (2 sorts). I was despicted with hot and cold beverages. Both come from an automated machine. "Fruits" juices are concentrated juices diluted with (too much) water.

8.5/10I enjoyed the food and the service was nice. The problem is that the reservation was not valid. They told me that I had to stay in the hotel to sit in the restaurant and placed me in the bar. Not professional at all

2.5/10We had decided to go a la carte. Service was horrible they did not take care of us. I asked as a starter a simple salad they said they have nothing as the one on the menu was sold out. Finally they brought me a very small green salad and then la holsilke was dry and not juicy So all in all not a place I will go again

3/10They have a nice bar but the cocktails they can do are very limited. Don't ask for Campari, they donn't have. The friendly waitress informs us that the menu is limited because of the buffet they offer for 45€... 3 out of the 4 of us wanted to go for the buffet, so let's go... appetizers were very limited, ham and some vegetables to make a salad. So far not so bad. Then we go for the main course: nothing left. Stand and wait, just the time to reheat the food says Sultaan... after a while we say it's taking too long, when you have a lot of guests in the restaurant, you know you have to bring food regularly. I was unhappy to have to wait while my greens were getting cold. Sultaan, one of the employees told me on a rude way that, if I wasn't satisfied, nothing was keeping me to go somewhere else. This we will do from now on. Never again. Follow Sultaan's advice: go elsewhere and enjoy! You certainly cannot find worse than this. Perhaps you will even get clean and appropriate cuttelry! :-(

6/10The meal was good. The service not so good. We were basically ignored. The creme brulee (which cost €14) was the worst I've ever had - it had a weird bitter taste like they had ground up the pith of the orange along with the orange. We couldn't even eat it.

4.5/10The food at the Skylight was terrible. First of the restaurant is at the Paris Airport and they served us boring warm tortilla chips in the bar, no salsa or dip just warm tortilla chips. We moved to the dining room and ordered the Caesar Salad with Prawns. The Prawns were barely warm and very small for Prawns. They were obviously precooked and set aside until needed. The salad had just a little dressing and that dressing tasted nothing like any Caesar dressing i have ever had. The worst part of the meal was what was titled "traditional French Onion Soup." This soup consisted of a warm vegetable broth with onions and burnt cheese on top, no taste just broth. It was hard to tell if even the onions were real. I would not recommend this restaurant and would encourage anyone staying at the Hilton to go to any of the other restaurants in walking distance.

6.5/10The food was good albeit a limited choice. It was expensive, the usual issue of hotels taking advantage of a captive customer base. From the name you imagine a roof-top restaurant like the Hilton at Hyde Park Corner but you end up sitting in the lobby with all the comings and goings of a busy hotel (shoot the architect) and that doomed the ambience from the get go.

7.5/10Perfectly fine for an hotel restaurant. They opened 15 minutes late for lunch but thanks to a diligent server who pestered the manager, only 5 minutes late for dinner. Pasta was perhaps overcooked but the burger, shellfish appetizer, and chicken were delicious. And the pommes frites were excellent! Very nice servers.

8.5/10Surprisingly good food for a hotel restaurant. Ordered the lamb chops medium rare. Only the middle was medium rare but the chops were tender and tasty. Odd bit of theatre from the smoking rosemary(?) on the plate. Lucky the Hilton has such good food as there are really no other options in the area. Wife had one of the noodle dishes (seafood I believe) and was quite satisfied.
