5/10We tried the 5 course tasting menu which consisted of dishes selected by the chef. The atmosphere when we entered seem chaotic, but we were quickly seated. The bread was not very good, rather bland, but was not a big problem as we did not want to spoil out appetites. The first course was a selection of tartar which was okay, but not great. Second was some baby calamari on roughly mashed potatoes with pesto, which was tasty. Third was a huge plate of black squid ink risotto. The rice was over cooked and the squid rather tasteless sadly, but huge. The main course was shrimp skewers with same roughly chopped potatoes as the second course with red cabbage. The shrimp was mealy from being over cooked. We then selected our own desserts. I chose homemade fruit sorbetto with such a generic flavor that I could not identify the fruit. Not even close to Michelin quality, and a very disappointing meal.

10/10Great food, wine and service!, and an elegant lounge atmosphere. The tuna tartar was excellent, as was the salmon as a main dish. We will certainly be back!

6/10First course Fettuccine and Risotta were good. THe main courses were only average. The spiedini gamberi were grilled much too long. We recommend that you stay with starters and primi piatti. When we arrived they first gave us a table in the cellar, where we were basically the only ones, although we had booked the table about one week before and confirmed the table one day before. This made us feel not very welcome. When we complained they prepared us a new table outside, which was fine.

7/10we waited a very long time for food and when it arrived, it was Ok but not great. Portions quite small; presentation medium; and the quality really not amazing. I had so much better food in Genova.

10/10We were two couples out for an early dinner. Only a few restaurants were open at six most open at seven or seven thirty. We found Soho near the wharf and wereseated immediately. We order drinks which were excellent and then ordered the Chefs choice five course dinner €60 each. It was very good. The offering was two small appetizers, one Primo of pasta, one Secondi with vegetables and our choice of desert. We were very full. The waiters were solicitous and regularly present.

7/10Nice place, good food, especially seafood and cruditè de mer. As for staff, service at the table was good, but it is unacceptable to be met at entrance by a waiter smoking cigarette who left the cigarette hanging on a wall notch while accompanying us to the table...a pity

8/10NIce place, warm interiors. Very good raw seafood platter and main dishes. Sufficient the dessert, not outstanding. Slight slipping of service, removing plates to 3 of 4 of us while the 4th was still eating...And, when asked to take a coat for wardrobe, the waiter answered "either you keep it on the back of your seat, or we put it here, pointing to a stool nearby..." not the best presentation, I'd say...Anyway good food, slightly too expensive, but I would go there again.

The waiters offers menus in English, French & German to cater for the four of us, they also explained various items and gave recommendations for the wine, the food was really we’ll presented, tasty, not too large and we were all very happy. The catch of the day fish was outstanding Thank you

8/10Service was uneven, music too loud, food was very good especially the pasta. The octopus was fine, Maria’s soup was delicious but too salty. The bottle of Gavi was terrific as well as the babarois.

10/10Everything about this restaurant is perfect. I have to eat gluten free and they were able to cater for me well and I will certainly be going back next time I am in Genoa. The food, wine and ambience were all outstanding.

The food was delicious, especially the raw fish starters. Sadly we felt the tables were too close together and we ended up feeling we were at dinner with people we didn’t know and experienced their rude treatment of the waiters. Also the music was truly awful, club style instrumental

4.5/10we tried the eight course, tasting meny. The quality of the ingredients was adequate, but we the taste was either bland, oily or salty. They used the same saus in three of the dishes, it was particly the same dish. the whaiter's were pleasant, but when the plase filled up, they lost control. We got 7 courses in stead of eight, at that point we, just wanted to escape, the only thing harder than eating the food was, getting the bill, I had to find a waiter. Three weeks in Italy, we ate cheap street food and and fine dining. This meal was by far the worst.

The food was extremely fresh and delicious. We were a big group, so I know it could be due to that, but the service was a bit inconsistent, dishes were coming very inconsistently, some people got both dishes before others got their first, we had to remind the staff about some dishes… I think that would be the improving point to get this place 5 stars.

We heard about this wonderful restaurant as a recommendation from our hotel and they were spot on with how good the seafood and pasta are. We completely enjoyed the tuna tartare, pasta with pesto and the fish of the day.

10/10Truly excellent experience. We had Crispy Octopus on Potato Cream, Squid Stuffed with Pearl Barley and Prawns, Crispy Vegetables, Trofie with Genoese Pesto and Prawn Kebab. I loved in particular the Squid Stuffed and the Trofie were to die for. Super delicious! In the beginning we were served the house bread, which was extremely tasty. Great atmosphere, excellent service. It definitely deserves its reputation. Congratulations to the chef and staff!

8/10Good portion starters. In fact salmon salad was a huge portion that was enough for two. Main dish duck was rather small and undercooked. Daily fish platter was also good and filling.
