7.5/10I ordered the octopus and it didn’t have any flavor, the spinach under it was simply raw , I know what a good octopus is , I live here. Also I ordered a small water but they didn’t have a small one so they charged me a large one and didn’t tell anything. Only one waiter, nothing special or particularly nice about the ambience.

Amazing dining experience! Our server, Kalpana is super attentive and friendly. Food is absolutely delicious! I highly recommend their scallop, very fresh. Cozy environment! Would definitely come again when I visit Lisbon again. I booked via the Fork and they offer 50% off discount for my booking on Sunday.

10/10I had an excellent experience at your restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the portion sizes were just right. The service was friendly and attentive, which made the meal even more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to friends and family!

10/10While visiting Lisbon on a cruise, we were hoping to find an a good dining experience away from the main tourist crowds. We stumbled upon Solar de Alfama and decided to give it a try ; we were not disappointed! The service was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and we never felt rushed. Every dish we ordered was amazing. Its close proximity to the cruise port makes it a fantastic and convenient choice for fellow cruisers. Highly recommended for a delicious and relaxing meal!

10/10Fabulous restaurant. Really excellent quality food. We had Mussels and cheese platter to start. Duck rice and pork belly for mains. Bottle of red wine was delicious too. Highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you.

4/10They messed up our drinks and expected to charge us regardless. Had to argue till they replaced them. Food ok but staff not portoghese. If you are looking for typical portoghese food then go somewhere else

We’re sorry you chose to argue rather than enjoy your meal. Even after receiving a 50% discount, you still disrespected the food and our staff’s effort. Many of our guests who come with discounts actually tell us the food is so good they would happily pay the full price — quite the opposite of your opinion. Yes, in the service area we don’t have Portuguese staff, but they are professional, kind, and work hard every day to serve fresh, authentic Portuguese dishes that most guests truly appreciate. If this was not the experience you were looking for, perhaps another place would suit you better.
