The atmosphere was probably the hotel restaurant one, I was expecting something different and also the service was white slow.

Today was one of the rare times that I have to leave a bad review for a brunch in Paris. When I arrived (1215) for my reservation at opening time in the bar area. Once seating was started, I was ignored twice by the hostess for couples who arrived later than myself, and was not seated until 1240. I had to get into the end of the line as I was ignored from the staff. Once seated, I was not asked about the formula until 17 minutes later for the complimentary drink.After that the meal continued to disappoint. The tuna was still frozen on the line, the eggs were runny, and there was a slow time to populate the dishes. Only the deserts were delicious. The flow of the brunch was also very odd, creating major flow issues. I would not recommend this for any meal or brunch as it is just a lot of money and does not come close to other brunches in Paris. Local of 9 years, they absolutely could do better and get more staff that cares about their menu and experience.

Booked this brunch the day before, i was lucky because it was during summer vacation, otherwise you need to book a week before! The food proposed was plenty various and fresh (just the bacon was a little bit cooked). The environment is chill, colors in harmony, zen and modern. Bonus for the service they was very reactive and nice ! Can keep in the favorite brunch list ;)

Beautiful setting, with average food and a service that needs improving. Half an hour to have the first waiter come to our table on an empty restaurant. Service was saved by one efficient waiter.
