Bad service from angry waitress and specially greatly overpriced food. The expectations were very high, but the nicely described food in the menu is way less appealing when it is delivered, and something described as ‘loaded with’ ends up with a very few chunks of stuff; for example.

Hi Kevin, Sad to see that your experience at out venue wasn't at all as expected. We don't often get such reviews like yours and therefore I want to ask you to give us some further feedback. Hospitality is very important to us, angry waitresses don't work at our place so I wonder what has happened. Regarding the food can you please explain what you ordered and why this wasn't as expected? To compensate for your bad experience feel free to pass by again for a free lunch including some drinks or some beers and starters. Anyway my apologies for this, it's definitely not our status quo.
