Difficult to receive advice for pastas in English or French. Also same to order wine.

We’re sorry for what happened, but in fact all of our staff speak English. To be clear, the team working in the dining room — around ten people — all speak English, and some of them also speak French. It seems unusual, but if this situation occurred, we sincerely apologize.

We had a pretty good experience. The food was good and the price more then honest. On the downside, the service was extremely chaotic (kinda fun), many dishes were not available (our reservation was at 8 pm) and the tables were very tiny.

Grazie per la visita e per aver condiviso la vostra esperienza! Siamo felici che abbiate apprezzato il cibo e il prezzo onesto. Per quanto riguarda il servizio, purtroppo in questi giorni c’è davvero tanta gente, e servire tutti e tutto in modo veloce e impeccabile diventa sempre più complicato. Ma faremo sicuramente del nostro meglio per migliorarci. Sui piatti non disponibili, ci teniamo a precisare che prepariamo tutto fresco ogni giorno e serviamo solo ciò che produciamo. Quando qualcosa finisce, è perché abbiamo esaurito la produzione giornaliera. Ieri, nello specifico, mancavano solo i ravioli alla Norma e la pasta Etna, che sono stati particolarmente richiesti. Il resto del menu era tutto disponibile. Alla prossima!

Gentile cliente, lavorando con un grande flusso di persone ogni giorno, può capitare che alla cassa sfugga un tavolo prenotato tramite app. In questi rari casi, è sufficiente segnalarlo al momento della consegna dello scontrino, così da poter applicare subito lo sconto previsto. Quando è successo, abbiamo sempre rimediato immediatamente. Ci dispiace che non ce lo abbia fatto presente sul momento, scegliendo invece di segnalarlo solo nella recensione. Sarebbe stato sicuramente meglio parlarne subito, e avremmo risolto con piacere. Un cordiale saluto, SPAGHETTI & CO.

Good service. Wonderful tiramisu. Pasta was unfortunately undercooked and not convincingly fresh. We weren’t hungry when we left but we won’t be returning.

I recently visited this pasta restaurant and honestly — wow. From the very first bite, it was clear that the pasta was incredibly fresh, likely made in-house. Service was lightning fast without sacrificing quality. The staff was efficient and friendly, creating a smooth dining experience from start to finish. The portions? Absolutely massive — easily enough to satisfy the biggest appetites or take some home for later. Add to that a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere that made the whole experience even better, and you’ve got a spot that’s hard to beat. Our food arrived, and unfortunately, my ragu was excessively hot—almost scalding—as if it had been reheated in a microwave or diluted with boiling water. The pasta was severely overcooked, and the ragu itself was watery and lacked flavour. I had been really looking forward to dining at Spaghetti&Co after reading so many positive reviews, but sadly, the experience didn’t live up to expectations. I left three-quarters of my meal untouched. To make matters worse, we were left unattended for nearly half an hour, with no service and no one checking in on us—I couldn’t even catch a staff member’s eye. We paid and left, disappointed. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend it based on this experience.

Ci scusiamo per il disservizio e per l’attesa: su questo non ci sono scuse e ci dispiace sinceramente. Ma permetta una replica sulla questione del ragù “troppo caldo” o addirittura “diluito con acqua bollente”: ma che significa? è una critica che ci lascia sinceramente senza parole. Il nostro ragù cuoce lentamente per ore, come da tradizione, ed è servito caldo – com’è giusto che sia – direttamente dalla pentola al piatto, senza scorciatoie.

The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was great. However, the lasagna was a bit dry, and the tiramisu lacked the usual coffee and liquor (typically Marsala), which, sadly, left it dry as well. I'm not sure if the restaurant was aiming for a different take, but this wasn't what I expect when ordering tiramisu. The carbonara was good but could have used more pepper to suit my taste. Overall, I spent a nice moment and it is perhaps just a question of taste.
