This was my third time dining at SPARK LiveFire, and it definitely was a charm! A wonderful way to celebrate my birthday.

We visited Spark with two friends last night after meeting the owners at a coffee shop. We loved it. The food was so fresh and interesting different flavours never had anything like it before. Everything is prepared and cooked freshly when you arrive so you need to have time to dine and enjoy it. You also need to book as it’s a small restaurant. Fabulous food and owners who cook all the food themselves.

My second visit was as delightful as the first. I will definitely go back again!

Having been recommended to come here, by friends, and reading about their journey on the website, we were not disappointed. The food was sublime, and the service and ambience matched!! If you are in Nice try this dining experience, like nowhere else we’ve tried. Wishing you both continued success.

What a wonderful place. Run by wonderful people. Who make wonderful food. I am not exaggerating, and I don’t need to say more. If you are in Nice and don’t have at least a meal at this place, you would have done a great mistake. Try it all, from ribs to cheeks to tacos and the desserts. All made fresh in the oven. And try the freshly made lemonades.

Delicious and Unique Experience Amazing food and a truly unique experience watching the chef prepare everything fresh. Seeing the couple proprietors in action was a pleasure—they were so friendly and welcoming. Tacos, ribs, and beef cheek were all fantastic. Highly recommend trying as much as you can from the menu. It’s all delicious!

Absolutely MUST eat if you visit Nice. There is limited seating so book fast! Food is made to order so it is extremely fresh and flavorful. Family owned and it shows with how much care is put into the food and environment. Both tacos are a must order and the sticky ribs fell off the bone and basically melted in your mouth. Not one thing was disappointing and will be returning back if I’m ever in Nice again.

Absolutely delicious wood-fired meats and vegetables and amazing tacos with homemade tortillas. A welcome addition to Nice’s food scene. We will definitely be back!
