9.5/10The food was excellent. Most diners prefer the 4 course “surprise” menu. We asked what it was, before ordering. The main problem I have with Sphere is the quality of the clientele. Men dressed in tee shirts. 25 year old women constantly on cell phones. Even a family where two children rode in on scooters!!!!

6.5/10This should’ve been a five star review, however, we were really disappointed with the desserts and the service speed. It seems that our waiter was more into upselling their wine and when I only asked for water and my glass was most of the time empty…and I had to constantly looking for waiter and asking for refills. I appreciate that the restaurant manager did compensate us with a discount. I hope they will do some improvements on their dessert in the future.

9.5/10We had a wonderful romantic dinner here, my husband and I. I loved the modern, chill, design vibe. The service was quite good, if still just a bit immature with some small oversights. I say this because some of the prior reviews have indicated that this restaurant will soon have its first Michelin star. And I agree, I think the team are well on their way with just a few things to "fix". We thoroughly enjoyed the 5 course Carte Blanche menu with the wine pairing (LOVED the red particularly). And 3 of the 5 courses were to me, at 1 Michelin star level: the amuses-bouches and the two main, hot, fish and meat dishes. (for context we've eaten in multiple 1-3 star Michelin, in France and in the US so we have some comparison--trying new/good restaurants is a true passion of mine). The 'dos de cabillaud roti' was incredibly subtle, balanced, flavorful, perfect cook on the fish--and the veal following it up, was just as good--a harmony of flavors and incredible components (the spinach!!!). Relatively, I think if the kitchen/chef puts some more effort into the daurade appetizer (beautiful and good but too chilled I think, so not enough flavor and missing some maybe light sauce and more flavored ingredients to bring more sensory impact to pull it all together)--and the chocolate dessert, which again was good but nothing really special--missing that "wow" that we said with the two main courses. And I would recommend maybe bringing in someone with a bit of experience and attention to detail in the dining room for service, as our server was just a bit inexperienced to catch small things they should catch (e.g. needing silverware without asking for them; refill on water, etc.) Congrats to the chef and team. Your restaurant and cuisine are a real pleasure and have great promise. I look forward to coming back to see how/where you evolve together!

10/10Sphere is incredible. Great food, great atmosphere, and beautiful decor. My husband and I enjoyed the six course chef’s pick with wine pairing option. Spectacular all the way through. Amazing option food foodies!! We will go back !

9.5/10Our waiter Leonard was awesome, he explained everything perfectly in both french and english and made the experience even better. The lights in the restaurant are a little bit bright but that might have been just the spot where we were sitting.

10/10The restaurant is beautifully done and feels so welcoming, from lighting to texture. Only issue is the table facing the entrance, which are not great but we were able to get a table change thanks to the awesome front of house. We had the six course meal, which was DELICIOUS. Highly recommend and will return!

10/10After struggling to find an available restaurant for our trip to Paris, we were delighted to come across this fabulous restaurant! When we arrived we were greeted by friendly staff who spoke English and as each offering (we got the prefix) was served we got a description of the plate. Each was absolutely a delicious discovery! We talked about it for the rest of the trip!

9/10The dishes were beautifully presented, elaborated dishes and quickly served, incredible duck. Very expensive drinks menu, delicious bread. Asked for butter but didn’t get it. Incredibly lovely waitress who attempted her best English. Anniversary date confused with birthday date BUT very very touching surprise plate with candle and mini cakes!

9/10We were very pleased to find such excellent food on a Sunday evening in central Paris. The more so as this was near Michelin star level. The staff were attentive, and well able to cope with my partner’s allergy to chilli - and without asking dumb questions like “how bad is it”. We would definitely go again.

5.5/10Booked this for a party of 8 all of whom were visitors from abroad. We choose the lesser of the tasting menus. The starter was a marinated fish dish which many of the guests found to be inedible. This may be because it was raw. The second dish was monkfish which was also served under done. Again many struggled with this. This was also true for the main meat dish of duck breast or wagu beef. The key takeaway is that don’t go there if you a squeamish. Despite these reservations the restaurant was full and as we left there was a queue at the door. Nevertheless, by any standard, the offering did not rise to the rating or the price. To be avoided.

2/10We tried the entire menu, all 3 starters were below average. For the main; the lobster was mediocre very salty, the fish however was bad. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant.

10/10Having spent almost a week of dining out, trying different gastronomic restaurants in Paris, I have to say I was very nicely surprised by this not yet starred but hopefully on the way towards it, restaurant. We took the menu of 4 courses, that was well presented and nicely paired with the wine. It was indeed delicious. Coming from a rather not that pleasant experience we previously had in a 1 Michelin star restaurant, my husband and I would comment on precisely that note: taste and heart. The later was of course due to the excellent professional and on the same time heartfelt service we were provided by a beautiful lady called Zia, who was attending us always with a smile! It was really a nice experience and I would recommend it to everyone who would not make a compromise just for pomposity and stars.
