5.5/10Server was charming but service was slow. Each dish was great presentation and flavours good but the dishes as combined in the prix fixe wasn’t the best according to my palate. More staff needed.

Good evening, madam. We’re sorry you found the service slow. You entered at 7:55 PM. After seating, serving water, handing menus, giving time to choose, and taking your order, you selected a four-course menu with a complimentary entrée—five courses total. From entry to POS transaction, 120 minutes passed. That’s 25 minutes per course, including eating time, clearing, resetting, and serving the next dish. This is standard for a full-course dining experience. Your sense of delay may stem from wanting to dine at 7:05 PM, though your reservation and our opening were at 8:00 PM. Early entry wasn’t possible as staff needed to eat before a long shift ending at 1:00 AM. Expecting otherwise is inconsiderate. While you relax, others are working. And in any other business—like a store—you wouldn’t be let in before opening. We’re people, not machines. A kind suggestion: when dining out, enjoy the moment. It’s the conviviality that made Italian cuisine great.

9.5/10This restaurant was the best in town with dishes and stuff. The chef was very nice with all explanations of the dishes. The waitress was very polite and helpful all the time.
