10/10Once again, we had a truly wonderful dinner at Starfish in Tenerife. The food was, as always, exceptionally fresh and pure — honest flavors prepared with great care and quality ingredients. The service was just as impressive. We were warmly and professionally taken care of, with a personal touch that made the evening even more enjoyable. Gianluca, together with his colleagues, made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. We’ve been coming to Starfish many times over the years, but it truly deserves to be said: this place never disappoints. A must-visit for anyone looking for a refined yet relaxed dining experience. Thank you for another lovely evening — we’ll definitely be back!

4/10We have eaten at the Starfish on numerous occasions, and it has always been excellent. Unfortunately on this occasion it was very disappointing. I felt on this occasion that the food was very underwhelming, it lacked seasoning and flavour. The restaurant was very quiet and some of the staff seemed disinterested. It was my daughter’s 30th Birthday and it was supposed to be a joyous occasion, but unfortunately it was nothing but. On a positive note. The cocktail I ordered was superb.

10/10This dinner was part of our wedding anniversary getaway ... and other than a little fresh as the sun set in an open glass restaurant , the quality of food, food choices ( we had oysters, prawns, fish and a lovely pineapple dessert), wine, cocktails, service and (open) kitchen was excellent. And we're made to feel very special for our evening out with Starfish.

The paella was lovely and so was the sea view. We also had the meatball starter which was very nice. Service was very attentive (on occasion a bit too speedy) and friendly.

6.5/10Great location. Attentive staff. Very expensive for the quality of food that was OK but no Michelin stars, Noisy children on neighbouring tables spoilt the experience. Euro 167 for three starters, one main, one bottle of wine (the cheapest on the list at Euro 36) and two bottles of water. No dessert. Won’t be returning.

I booked a month ago but accidentally booked the wrong date. The team there was so kind to help us find a booking despite the Easter holiday rush. Service was great and when we looked lost in the menu they took the initiative to recommend dishes with local ingredients. The sea view was amazing and the modernist hotel in the background was also complimentary. Food was great overall. Can’t really go wrong with the char grilled octopus, the char was on point and a interesting pair with the Mojo sauce. We were recommended to come for the Carabineros and it did not disappoint. Fresh and juicy, eating the head was like taking a shot of prawn bisque. We also ordered chutoro tartare and pedron peppers. The pineapple sorbet with rum foam and coconut crumble was a special way to end the meal.

2/10Arrived and seated at table , wine ordered then approached to ask my husband to leave and change into long trousers as policy apparently although no mention of this when booking on line , as we were not residents we did not stay , ridiculous really as shorts were more expensive than most trousers , oh well another mistake in policies in my opinion

9/10A lovely restaurant, with exceptionally attentive & knowledgeable staff. Our starters were superb, although our mains were bland lacking the level of quality expected from the cost. Not impressed with the cost by weight of basic fish, we will struggle to return whilst this menu remains.

10/10Stylish restaurant overlooking La Caleta. Premium food. One of our Waygu steaks had a lot of salt on, so we mentioned and it was refunded. Good customer service. My sea bass as recommended by manager was outstanding.

10/10Wonderful Ambiance. Very classy from arrival. Staff are very warm and friendly . This is our 3rd visit and better each time . We had a table for 6 . Maitre D memorised each course for everyone. No writing of some alterations and allergies . Everything arrived perfectly. One of our group who has eaten in many Michelin restaurants thought this was as good as any . Fairly priced but higher end .

9/10We waited and nobody came to ask would we like deserts . We had to walk to bar to pay our bill in the end!! A disappointing end to what was a fantastic start to our dining experience . Shame about the lack of service at the end.

6.5/10Starters were great. Main course was disappointing, just grilled fish on a plate. Not what I expected from this kind of restaurant. Noise of kitchen cleaning up while other guests still waiting for their food to arrive, is very annoying. It gives customers the impression that they have to hurry up because the restaurant wants to close.

6.5/10Very nice view and good location. Arrived early enough to admire the sunset which was amazing… The service was okay, some waiters were really some others seem to be very junior… the waiters came to introduce themselves in the beginning and were really pleased to welcome us but towards the end we were left apart, not serving water… or had to call them to get some bread etc… It is overpriced for the quality of the food and service …
