10/10An interesting and inviting menu. The food was beautifully presented and delicious. Lovely textures and flavours and some unexpected tastes and combinations of sweet and savoury. Helpful and charming staff with excellent knowledge of the food and wine.

9.5/10Excellent menu offering a modern take on local classics sourced with local ingredients. The flavors delivered beautifully. Very focused and satisfying wine list. Service was exceptional in terms of attention and information on preparation and ingredients. Can’t wait to go back.

Thomas, our waiter, made this a truly memorable dining experience. He thoroughly described the entire menu to us and then made impeccable wine recommendations to complement each course. We enjoyed several local specialties which were all delicious.

10/10Truly a memorable culinary experience. The vegetarian menu was copious and delicious, filled with sometimes surprising but always well balanced dishes. The onion starter was incredible! The staff is simply excellent, very attentive, friendly and swift. Would definitely come back to this place!

5/10The atmosphere in restaurant doesn’t exist, it’s simply boring. We were with four other occupied tables and heard every table as the acoustics are very poor. Food is fine and service is friendly though our waiter forgot to bring a knife for our main dish. Overall it’s too pricey for what you are getting.

8.5/10Very nice food, indeed. We just assume the waiter, while friendly, was a little distracted at times. We were often left sitting with empty glasses. Would still come back for sure.

7.5/10I enjoyed the majority of the food and maybe there was some Regional dishes I wasn't aware of but I found some of the dishes on the prefix menu a little odd and off putting. The location ad service was excellent.

8/10The location of the restaurant is great. The service was super nice and friendly. However, we would have preferred to get the dishes quicker. We arrived at 7.30 at the restaurant, the main dish of the menu was served at 9.40pm.

+1It is a nice restaurant that is more popular than expected. The food is very delicious and the service is good. You will be satisfied even if it is your first visit. I was also pleased with the selection of wines by the glass. The price is also reasonable.

The food was delicious - we ordered off the menu and also tried the specials which were all superb. The waiter was very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Service was great and the extensive wine was also reasonably priced!

9.5/10Great Mantovan food with a modern twist. Nice to have a lighter style meal which can be hard to find in Italy. Very friendly and knowledgeable service. If we were staying longer we would definitely return.

3/10Pumpkin tortellini that tasted of nothing but amaretto and artichoke fusilli that tasted of nothing at all. Stale bread. Our complaint was met with the most aggressive and hostile response from the owner I’ve had in my 40+ years of restaurant going and reduced my daughter to tears. They need lessons in manners. I expect this review will elicit a rude response from the restaurant but if I can spare just one person from this poor quality food it will be worth it.

6.5/10The food was rather self concious. The onion was not soft and caramalised and the parmesan icecream had no taste. The dish was dry. The sturgeon with apple and rocket was refreshing. The pumpkin icecream was also sadly tasteless, the chocolate soil was oily and not sweet. The whole meal was dry. I couldn’t finish it. Sorry.

4.5/10The waiter was a very nice person, and explained in detail each dish on the specials for us in English. We really wanted to like this place because the people were so nice. But the food was just not good. Pasta sauces were not flavored well, too much smoky flavor in one and the duck ragú was tasteless, could have been spam from a can. Also terribly salty. Even the cured meat plate was just so so, not the best quality. I knew when the bread they served was stale and old that we were in trouble.
