We ate at Sughero twice during our weeklong stay in Parioli. The food and ambience could not have been nicer. Both times we opted for the six course tasting menu and were not disappointed. The hostess remembered us when we came the second time, and made sure we had all different dishes from our first visit. They were all absolutely delicious! The fish-based cuisine is highly original and inventive. The value is excellent. You could never get a comparable meal in New York for anything close to this price. Sughero was convenient for where we were staying, but it would be well worth a taxi ride from anywhere in Rome. If we visit again, we will definitely return!

Nice restaurant, very small with a family management... Good and fresh fish, nice dishes, very appreciated the small appetizer with a glass of prosecco before and pastries at the end of the dinner, as present for the guests... Prices just a little high...

The atmosphere was really nice, very cosy, friendly staff, extreme high service level, like having diner with family. The choice of food is perfect, excellent preparation, all fresh made and original dishes. I can recommend the squid, scallops and especially the desert, home made Matha Tiramisu, heavenly good! And the wine, excellent recommendation from the lady, Cabernet Franc, very smooth, mix of flower tastes and gentle after taste, also great with the fish.

Very welcoming. Excellent food. Perhaps a little more spice would have been good but that's a personal thing. Would also prefer a little softer ambience/lighting. All in all a wonderful experience. "Michelin" level without the "faff."

This is a small and cosy restaurant located in a quiet area of the Parioli neighbourhood. Staff was kind and attentive without being intrusive. We were greeted with a started and a glass of prosecco on the chef. We got raw platters/tartares, all of which were excellent, spaghetti with prawn carpaccio and sweets. The price was quite high but the quality was worth it!! Amazing experience overall

Superior dish quality and very good service! In this quite and beautiful restaurant you can try the original Sicilian dishes and wine, and one of the best fish I've ever eaten. Thanks to the Sughero restaurant for the special atmosphere, perfect for a lunch with friends or a business appointment.
