7/10Wrong choice of food I think- octopus vey tough and gristly, Calamari good ,raw prawns wrong choice .

10/10This was the second time we went on our trip. We love this place. My partner got the onion and cream genovese pasta both times and loved it. I had one of the specials and the gnocchi, both amazing. Would 100% recommend to anyone in the area. We did have to wait around 15 minutes for our table the second time, but the staff are so efficient it went by super quick.

We had a really lovely experience at Sugo in Sorrento. Everything was faultless from start to finish. The service was warm and attentive without ever being intrusive, and the servers made us feel very welcome. The food was excellent—beautifully prepared, full of flavour, and served promptly. It’s clear that care and pride go into both the cooking and the service here. I’d happily recommend Sugo to anyone visiting Sorrento and will definitely return on my next trip.

10/10My best meal while staying in Sorrento. Well worth the short walk out of the main tourist area. Fantastic food, lovely atmosphere in this family run restaurant. Don’t walk past, go in and eat, you won’t be disappointed.

10/10We were greeted with a warm welcome and attentive service. The staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure every detail was just right. The food was exceptional — each dish beautifully presented and full of flavour. The ingredients were clearly of the highest quality and prepared with care.

10/10Staff were fantastic - extremely friendly and made everyone feel welcome. Food was brilliant, best we have had so far in Italy! There was a group of 8 of us and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meals. There seemed to be plenty of locals eating here too which is always a good sign!

Perfect food at reasonable price. I had the past lemone which was very refreshing Eshingrefresing. The pasta párate was also an interesting dish reminding me of Mac n cheese

10/10A friend of mine recommended this spot and we were so glad she did. All the restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful in suggestions. We had the meatball fondue appetizer and it was so delicious we ended up ordering a second round. Then we tried 4 different pasta dishes and the steak and arugula all of which were very tasty. Ended with a yummy lemon dessert and lemoncello. 10/10

8/10Local Italian eatery with lovely hosts and wait staff. Food was very flavoursome and the pasta with raw shrimp was different but excellent. The Ragu was also good with flavour and I assume traditional with just a few pieces of larger meat pieces. Was a quiet night on the street so little atmosphere there when we went - on saying that the food was definitely different to the regular pizza/pasta/seafood restaurants and all up a good experience

10/10We had an amazing experience at Sugo Sorrento. This place came as a recommendation from our driver, who is a local, and said it was his favorite place to eat. It is a little further out than the main tourist area but it is a true family owned authentic restaurant. The wine, every one of our meals, and the dessert was incredible. You can tell a lot of passion and love was put into the meal. Highly recommend.

Very friendly owners welcomed us and were pleasant throughout. We found out about the specials after ordering but they allowed us to change the main dish whilst we ate our starter. Excellent wine available as well with good prices.
