We have been in Bologna for 3 weeks. We have been to 3 Chinese food restaurants so far and think “Sui” is the best. We have dined there 2x. One of us is Chinese, and we both live in China, so we have pretty strong opinions as to what is authentic Chinese food. We think the food at “Sui”, a Sichuan-style Chinese food restaurant, is great. Very tasty and the food looks really authentic too. The Gong bao ji ding dish (often rendered as Kung Pao Chicken in the U.S.) is top level. “Sui”’s Gan Guo dry pot (eg with shrimp, intestine, bull frog, chicken) is also great. Seems always very full there at dinner time so I recommend booking ahead.
