I keep a better memory of previous experiences in other Sumo restaurants. They couldn’t find our reservation when we arrived, the space allows no privacy as tables are very close to each other, we were forced to take 2 bottles of water when 1 would have been enough and the waiters hover around you throughout the dinner almost not letting you finish your plate to clear the table. Food was ok though, what you can expect from a sushi chain.

This is the 3rd time they do this to me. I make a booking through the fork and when I arrive they sit me and once I’m in the middle of my dinner, I get an email saying I didn’t attend my reservation. I have to then when I ask for the bill be arguing and having an awful experience because they want the benefit of the fork without having to pay any fee. This is ridiculous. They even started their own “call us to book and we will offer 30% off”.

Location: Madrid center, many branches Staff and service: 9.5/10 Excellent service and staff! Ambiance and setup: 9.5/10 Comfortable restaurant, nice decoration, clean toilets, you use the iPad to order, quiet spacious tables. price: 9.5/10 fair price, buffets for 15 to 22€ with a big variety.

it was good overall but the service was awful. waiters were not very polite. the quality of the sushis were okay but if you want to have a better taste don't go there. a little bit pricey for an all you can it compared to other places

Small portions, but very quick service. Food ordered from digital screens on the tables. The service was good, very quick, a bit unpersonal. I wouldn't go back as even with the discount the portions were really quite small.

We arrived at 3:40 for the buffet menu and the Electronic menu wasn't charged, there was an error in the dispositive at the moment of asking for the dishes, while everything was fixed it was 4:10 and we started to ask and the personnel told us that at 4:30 they close the kitchen, we had to eat fast but we didn't have enough time to enjoy the buffet

The service was quick and efficient. Even though they gave us the wrong dish, they replaced it and they didn’t charge us. We had to ask for a second bill since the first one didn’t have the 30% discount on— so be careful with that. The dishes weren’t bad but the food wasn’t outstanding; pretty average. The waiters weren’t friendly at all.

The place is really nice. They have iPads for taking orders and food comes super quickly. The waiters are kind and efficient. The food is tasty and really good quality. There is absolutely nothing to complain about, everything was great!
