Instead one single bite of each sushi, two will be better. One sushi for each kind of fish is not enough to appreciate the high level of the fabulous flavours of the creations of the Sushi Master.

We had the most wonderful sushi lunch in a long time. Everything was perfect - the food(Omakase), presentation, the service, ambience, and explanation of the each piece.. We will come back. Merci for the wonderful experience.

Overall good sushi experience. The beginning courses weren’t very impressive but it was very good at the end, especially otoro, tamago and the very delicious desserts (rice ice cream and matcha choix a là crème). Perfect service with very attention to details (cold towel, hot towel and wet tower each time after you go to the restroom). However, 2 things to note when you visit: 1. For lunch, do not upgrade to the 120€ lunch menu. It doesn’t work it at all. Stay with the 85€ basic sushi menu. 2. Make sure that the waiter got your message clear. I told him I didn’t want a 2nd bottle of water but he still opened one anyway.

The high end of eating for sure, bur it was a really phenomenal omakaze experience. Each item was an epic. Pacing and balance of tastes was great, sake recommendations excellent too. I'll be back to taste the changing menu every special occasion i can.

My friend got food poisoning. Had to leave after the third course. Still made us pay the full amount and extra for add-ons we never received because we left early. The fish was old and no longer fresh. Not sure how this is a Michelin restaurant. Extremely disappointed in this experience. Do not recommend. There’s also almost zero sushi. It’s all very deceiving.

I am often in Paris and frequently eat out when I am there, often at Michelin starred restaurants. I went for lunch and can honestly say that this was one of the best meals I have had in town or anywhere actually. Would love to go again, maybe for dinner next time around.

I discovered the place in late summer 2017, since then the attention to details and high quality remain consistently high. The chef has changed but it is continuing to be remarkably delicious and innovative. Hence the place remains high standard Japanese cuisine, just coming in to feel like to be in Japan.

Always excellent course. Not only the taste, each items; glassware, plates and etc., are so beautiful and each dish is presented with precisions. The same quality and the skills are hard to find even in Japan. Plus, the personality of Mr. Hanada, the real sense of Japanese hospitality; the Omotenashi. Always a pleasure:)

Excellent but not outstanding. Fourth time I am coming and was better in my souvenir. Didn’t like that the 190€ menu didn’t include o-toro, we had to pay an extra piece to have it. Also, didn’t like that we had to pay cash or by wire transfer or check as the we were told the POS wasn’t working (and hadn’t for at least 2 days, since they mentioned it when confirming the booking). Heard that one a bit too often… Other than that, solid experience.

A treat and a truly outstanding experience. The food (I had the sushi menu for lunch - starters/sushi/dessert) - was nothing short of divine. Congratulations to the sushi Master and to his personnel for making this a very memorable lunch.

Sushi B is quite an exciting experience. The setting is almost unique with its 8-people-only seating at the sushi bar. The food is amazing throughout, of course a special mention goes to the sushi, which is truly outstanding. Finally, the service is impeccable, courteous and friendly (not stuffy as some other Michelin-starred). Don’t miss it!

Rice in sushi go SOUR!!! ( Trust me it’s not the flavor of Vinegar rice. I’ve been to japan several times and also regular guests for Okuda and komatsubaki). Light in restaurant is dusky which so not right for Kaiseki). Service there are stiff and make guest not comfortable at all ( they keep moving your chopsticks and spoon to the”right place”).
