3.5/10Unfortunately, the service was very poor. It took a long time for us to be attended to, and it seemed there was only one waitress serving all the tables, which made everything extremely slow. I came to this restaurant because it was recommended on TheFork and had good reviews. I was also expecting to use the discount advertised on the app. However, the waitress recommended a tasting menu so that I could have the “full experience,” but she did not inform me that this was the only option that did not qualify for the TheFork discount. I found this quite misleading and disappointing, especially since I chose the restaurant based on its rating and the offer on TheFork.

9.5/10the food was of high qualtity , made with fresh products. sservice was always with a smile. After desert, we got a port wine, complementary of the house. The only little thing for improvement is that they keep the frontdoor always a bit open, so you feel a cold breeze once on a while.

We visited this restaurant due to its high ranking on TheFork (Top 2), so expectations were high. We arrived 13 minutes early and were asked to wait outside in the cold rather than being allowed to sit or use the restroom. Once seated, the restaurant was very cold and we had to keep our coats on throughout the meal. Several drink options were unavailable, including for our child, which made us feel that families were not particularly welcome. The first dish served was not fresh — one sushi tasted clearly defrosted. While some dishes were acceptable, the overall food quality did not match a top-ranked restaurant. Two dishes were also forgotten, causing additional waiting. The waitresses were polite, but overall the experience was disappointing and did not meet expectations for a Top 2 restaurant.

5/10This was our second time around, the First time was 10/10 just for the record. This visit was not the experience we were hoping for. The service was unorganized, leaving us 30 minutes before getting to order drinks. All the attention of the 2 waiters working was on one table and did not seen like they divided the small room or had any organization. It was informed that one of the guests could not have an oyster, but was served anyway. The food itself was not bad, but less fresh than we were hoping for. More of a fishy flavour of the sashimi, maybe it was influenced by the service we recieved? All together, 2nd time around at this resturant did not Grant the same lovely experience and we Are extremely dissapointed.

The service is 10 out of 10! The waiter went out of hos way to provide an excellent service! The food is delicious and the restaurant itself is super cozy and beautiful! I recommend it 100% and will definitely be back whenever I'm in Lisbon!!

Wasn't a fan of the food, although i had great expectations. The ambience and the place are amazing, but unfortunately that is not enough to make me want to go back. The sushi is just like most places in Portugal - fake, underwhelming, and boring. Beautiful, yes, but not tasty.

Food was absolutely delicious, service great, friendly owner but never got the pre-agreed Fork discount as almost all of the dishes exclude discounts which felt somewhat deceitful. However we still had a good meal and a great time.
