Ebullient sushi restaurant. Superb tuna belly ( toro) and unagi ( eel) in particular. Very kid friendly and service was impeccable. Small but perfectly ok selection of wine. Good value all round and will go back.

Was a solo traveller and felt very comfortable and relaxed. Staff are knowledgeable with the dishes available. Soup was of excellent flavour. Had lived in Japan and the food was close to their level. Friendly place and very nicely decorated. Need to book in advance. I was surprised, it had a take away service

This is the best sushi in all Cascais area, the environment is unique, the owner is very friendly and welcoming and the quality of the fish is really great.

I went last night for my daughter’s birthday and both the restaurants decor but especially the service of the attentive and friendly staff made us have a great evening. They even brought our dessert with a birthday candle and an extra treat for my daughter. The sushi very well presented and the hot starters very good. Will definitely go back.

We have tried several good Sushi restaurants in Cascais and Sushi Toro is outstanding in terms of quality and ambience. We know Sushi Toro from Carcavelos and always loved it. But because it's a 30 minutes drive from us, we do not go there frequently. Now, with the Estoril option, we are super happy to have excellent Sushi basically around the corner.

Sushi Toro is a great place for a quality night of dining. The sushi plates are prepared with fresh fish and with tons of care. The Sushi Toro platter is perfect for 2-3 people to sample lots of different kinds of sushi, from nigiri to rolls to gunkan. I can't say enough about the service too - the staff is friendly and they are always ready for the next order. This is a hidden gem in Estoril. If you're craving good sushi in a relaxed environment this is a good spot.
