The degustation menu wasn’t worth it, very basic pieces and not a lot of food, the all you can eat would have probably been a better choice. Might come back maybe it was just a bad day

My favorite hidden sushi place! We live in Lisbon city center and eat sushi at least once per week so I can say we experienced quite some sushi restaurants in the area. Since we discovered Sushiway we liked it so much that nowadays half of the times we want to eat sushi we decide to go to Sushiway, even though it’s a 30min drive, it’s definitely worth it! The fish is fresh, they got classic sushi and surprisingly delicious creations on the menu. If you are a couple, I recommend the tasting menu. It’s a cozy atmosphere, the chefs work behind the bar and are able to see their customers, this doesn’t mean that you’re really interacting with the chefs, but for me it always feels like the chef is making the food with us in mind, not for “just another customer”. The staff is friendly, honest and always very efficient. So yeah, if you are looking for a good sushi place, give this one a try!

We had a problem with this restaurant. We booked it because it was listed as having a 30% discount and we decided to give it a try. On the discount label was written "-30% off the menu". We chose a few things from the menu including the typical sushi mix chosen by the chef which in Portugal is also called the "menu". When paying the bill were told that the food we ordered was not “covered by the discount”. Apparently, the discount didn't apply to the full menu and despite saying "30% off the menu" it is the client's job to read the terms and conditions of the discount. Which is maybe fair and next time (in another restaurant) I will know better. We did feel that this was misleading and I guess the restaurant did too. After my initial review, the discount description changed to "Get up to 30% off - conditions may apply".

The restaurant usual issue got worse: the waiting period. We arrived with another couple before the door opening, waiting outside for the establishment to open at 19:30. The combined meal arrived about an hour later. Similar issues existed at the other table. A real pity because presentation and flavors are convincing.

Various sashimis ans Sushis, as well as hot chicken and samosas. All that you can eat is good, but expensive and not individual choices...Good service and nice ambiance.

Very good balance of price /quality. The waiters were slow and forgot to give us beer we have ordered 2 times.. but will be coming back for sure!

Good restaurant, and away from the city center, which is a plus. Calm place to have a dinner with a good wine.

Good place. Surprisingly they did not had white fish. But food in overall was good and tasty. Wine list not extensive and with average quality wines. Although wines price were cheap.

It was a nice surprise! The sushi is well above average and well complemented. The place is nice and quiet, with good ambience. A restaurant to go again.

Although food is good, it lacks a lot on the atmosphere. I would say not the perfect ambience to eat japanese food. Of course this requires investment and time. We hope the nice owners manage that. Parking is easy and very near bus terminal. Looks clean although old.

Excellent quality of sushi and sashimi. Also the quantity offered in the different platters is very good compared to the price. Profiterole with fresh fruit and Nutella is delicious.

One thing I found a little strange is that the name is different on the fork, the space is small and very simple. When we were going to sit, the sofa against the wall had hair on it, the sushi itself is nothing special. I've eaten much better and paid almost the same. For the price I paid, I think sushi is no big deal.

Very good quality Sushi and Sashimi at a reasonable price. Plenty of room between tables and working staff with masks on all the time in full respect of COVID safety measures
