Helpful friendly waitress. Pleasant historic Bruges pub/restaurant interior. Solid, tasty flemish dishes. Good value with the fork promo.

A well situated restaurant near to the centre of the city. Polite, courteous service with an interesting Belgian menu. We enjoyed the moules and frites. It was a very quiet rainy evening, so there was only one other couple dining. I’m sure the ambience would be much better at busier times of year. Overall we enjoyed our meal.

Friendly staff, good choice of menu; reasonable prices for a central restaurant. Always made to feel welcome. Our restaurant of choice in Bruges. Staff speak several languages, so easy to order and understand what you’re getting. A quality place to eat.

The family who run this restaurant always make us very welcoming. Food excellent and not especially pricey for central Bruges. Good choices and keep us contented for a week’s stay.

Had a wonderful family dinner here on a weekend trip to see the Christmas markets. Food was very good, location is excellent. The restaurant was very busy (understandably on a Saturday in mid-December) and our table was a bit close to the next one, meaning when anyone wanted to get up there was some shuffling necessary. Not an issue for us, but might be for others. The whole family enjoyed their meal, including our vegetarian

The food was excellent- a short menu but everything was really well prepared. The rabbit in particular was very good. Perhaps more choice of vegetables might be nice. Service was extremely good and welcoming. Restaurant wasn’t particularly busy and background music rather bizarre.

We are regular visitors to this small and cosy restaurant whenever we are in Bruges. Friendly staff, great service, excellent food and never hurried. For lovers of authentic Belgian fare this should be on your list. And not too expensive either!!

We had the menu. The soup of the day was very good. The beef stew in the average, but we appreciated the salad.

I can't say anything about the food because when entering the restaurant, there is a very strong and unpleasant odor. I had to leave and look for another place.

Great restaurant in the centre of Bruges. Choice of set menus and a la carte. Friendly staff - we always visit when in Bruges and they go out of their way to look after us. Good value for money. Great dishes.

Gets busy because it’s worth a visit, so advisable to book ahead. Friendly staff who always make us welcome and go that extra mile to make our evening enjoyable. Great food. Limited but excellent wines. Wide range of Belgian beers both draught and bottled. Rabbit in beer sauce is superb; great steak; sole and salmon good too. Plenty of mussels if you are a fan.

Although on this occasion there were spare tables we would always advise booking in advance to avoid disappointment. This restaurant is our favourite in Bruges - lovely staff, great food and drinks, reasonable prices for either set menu or a la carte. We always look forward to a visit!

Great cosy restaurant in quiet corner of Bruges. Friendly staff who made us feel very welcome; although we hadn’t visited since before COVID they remembered which was our favourite table and recognised us as soon as we arrived. Food was great as usual and not as expensive as many restaurants in Bruges. English spoken and understood.

Cosy little restaurant just off the main shopping street. Set menus are good value but a la carte also available. Prices compare well with other restaurants nearby. Good size portions of tasty food! Pleasant and welcoming staff. Advisable to book ahead.
