Our visit was memorable because: a) it was fine dining in a new town...and we are unlikely to have another similar experience in Harlingen b) there were techniques and flavour combinations that were new to us c) we combined it with a night staying in the Lighthouse which is a very unique and fun experience.

We discovered this restaurant by accident, while walking around the waterfront. A very beautiful location, and the food and wine were excellent. For our taste, there was a bit too much time between courses, but there are virtues in slow dining!

What a gem. The space is warm and welcoming with a lovely view out over the harbor. The staff were attentive and friendly. The food was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious.

Fantastic food, perfectly prepared en creatively presented. The only 'complaint' is that I didn't know that no fewer than 3 amuses would be served before my first course. If I had known that, I may have not even ordered a starter. The dessert was a disappointment, though. It looked like a ready-made frozen dessert, not at all in the style of the amuses and the first and main courses.

We love this restaurant, it’s always a sure bet that we’ll enjoy amazing dishes in a beautiful setting. Our son has food allergies and they adapt the dishes for him. The only thing, if any, that I like less is that the restroom is shared with men and women. There was once a guy peeing with the door opened when I came in. For the rest, it’s really great.

Great as usual. We had a delicious father's day lunch. The food allergies of our son were kept in mind and he was very happy with the delicious food and the extra bonbons he got. Thank you!

Great restaurant. This is by far my favorite one from all Friesland! The food is great and refreshing and the service is great as well, very capable and attentive staff.
