Went for lunch on Valentine's. Usually good but this time we were disappointed. Also had a limited menu due to Carnaval.

The chef does not listen to the front of house staff when the orders are submitted. Our salmon and hamburger were very raw even though we ordered them well done a few times. We did this because my daughter ordered a burger 2 years ago and there was blood on the bun because the burger was so raw. She has never eaten beef since. We will never go back after our experience on the 28th of July 2025. The waiter was lovely

The food was great quality and came out quickly. Staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. We had a wonderful experience in a great vibe environment. Will definitely return.

Exceptional vegetarian lasagna and lovely ambience on the top floor of rhe restaurant. Taberna never disappoints!

Nicely decorated, the restaurant has more appearance than content. Their website is outdated, the prices on their menu online have not been updated. We ordered two main courses and two desserts. They did not have one of the main courses (picanha grelhada) Nor one of the desserts (bolo de bolacha) but in both occasions, the waiter did not know about it - he took the order and then came back 5 minutes later to let us know. The food was good, just good, nothing extraordinary. The Dijon mustard steak was more like a creamy cheese steak than Dijon mustard and the vegetable lasagne was almost like a vegetable soup.

The food was sub-standard, I am afraid. Had been here before, and enjoyed the meal, this time it was not even close to acceptable, had to ask the waiter to give me something else. First time I have had to do this in a very, very long time. What a pity..

The restaurant is very enjoyable and the food was tasty. The starters are simple, but the main courses make really the difference - the chorizo sauce is really good. The negative point was the service - it took more than 45 minutes to get served.

Great portuguese food , with a lot of possibilities, very nice atmosphere and very useful staff, huge drink choice, right in the centre of Torres Vedras. Suitable for groups as well. you should go!

Has been herenfor several times now and it was amazing every single one of them. Great great food, meat and fish, nice wine suggestions from the staff and a very calm and cosy atmosphere!

The food and the staff was fantastic, also a great view, and we didn't have to wait a lot of time for the food. Great place!

My mom’s birthday dinner was excellent. The service was great and so were all of the dishes we chose. To top it off they saved me by improvising a last minute birthday cake. 5 star rating!!
