cute restaurant in the magical casco antigo of beloved Altea, the waitstaff was positively lovely and attentive and charming! sadly the food left so much to be desired, all the more disappointing since everything sounded so delish on paper! if the kitchen put as much love into the preparation as the lovely server, (a sweet young woman from Madrid) , put into her interactions with customers, this place would be a winner! I hope one day to return if the kitchen gets a re-haul! keep the server staff though, all were charmers!

Excellent food and atmosphere, but terrible service from the female waitress. She didn’t clean the table between dishes, luckily she got help from a colleague. We also waited 30 minutes to pay. Tried to get in contact three times, but did not succeed.

This was my second visit to this lovely restaurant in beautiful Altea. The food was outstanding and the service friendly and relaxed. The outdoor seating area is under a canopy of trees and has a magical feel, the photos don’t really do it justice. We loved it!

We have been coming here for the past 6 years when we come on holiday to the region. It’s always great. Price quality is second to none. Service is Prompt attentive and with a smile.

Tasting menu had a wide variety of creative and enticing combinations, presented with great style. The small dining room filled up and featured a happy buzz. Pacing of the 9 courses was smooth. A delightful evening.

Great tapas place. Friendly welcome, prompt service. Verdejo and Tempranillo by the glass both excellent. Octopus with sweet potato a lovely combination. Mushrooms with salad and the meatballs both good. Ambiance was authentic and cozy.

Second time we have eaten there and it was every bit as good as the first. We had a la carte tapas and we were not sure how much food to order but with the waitresses assistance we had exactly the right amount for us. Great quality food at a very reasonable price. We will be back!

They were late to offer dessert, and when wanted to order it was too late, since we were told that someone was waiting for our table. They never told us that we only had the table for 1,5 hours. Some of the dishes was delicious. The meatballs was not good, the bread under the aubergine was dry/ hard. The burrata salat and the croquetas was very good.

Great location, nice terrace. Food very tasty - tapas menu. We tried the osobuco, octopus, eggplant, fried egg with Spanich ham and fries, chicken canelon, piadina..all delicious. The staff was very kind. Good value for money.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The cocktails are amazing. The tapas were mostly great, yet there could be a bit more choices of seafood tapas. The atmosphere is very cozy. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely evening... the food was outstanding!!! We made a reservation with the fork. The garden is so nice, cosy and green. Inside is a llbit small but that makes it cosy. Thankyou and we will come back for sure!
