10/10The food was delicious (we had garlic prawns with chilli and ginger - superb!)& the staff were happy and helpful. Overall it is a charming restaurant- would thoroughly recommend.

What a perfect first evening in Lisbon. We are traveling with our two young adult sons and all four of us thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Two of us had the duck risotto and the others had the mushroom and asparagus risotto and the monkfish rice with shrimp. We also had the garlic shrimp appetizer that foretold how good of a meal it was going to be. Excellent value for what we got and the staff was super nice and took very good care of us. Oh yeah, definitely get the sangria too!!

10/10We loved Taberna so Lis. The atmosphere was very pleasant, the decor is nice and cozy. The food was extremely tasty and the service excellent. We appreciated the wine recommendations and the port wine served to us at the end of the meal was amazing. We had a great lunch and would love to come back.

8/10A nice menu with fish, meat and vegetarian options. A solid wine list broken out by region in Portugal. Service was appropriately attentive but not overbearing. Very reasonable prices.

8.5/10Service is attentive and always available. The food is good and the Fork discount is attractive but the daily lunch menu (it has to be requested as it is hidden) seems to be a far better deal. Wine by the glass is way overpriced. It normally represents 20-25% of the price of the bottle but here it was closer to 35%!

This was my 6th visit here, and I had their fabulous fish ‘n clams for the 5th time. The dish has been made to perfection every time! This evening, I was wanting a smooth red wine (instead of the usual white wine to pair with fish), and the owner selected a perfect wine for me - São Dominingos Reserva. The quality of the food & wine, the warm atmosphere, and the exceptional manager keep me coming back for more!

This was my 5th visit to this restaurant, and it dropped to an 8/10 from the 10/10 I’ve ranked it in the past. I normally order the fish ‘n clams which I really like, but decided to try the fish stew today for something different. The dish was overly full of chunky peppers and onions which overwhelmed the flavors of the fish and seafood. Once I removed all of the peppers and onions, I could enjoy the dish properly, though some crusty bread (which is normally served with bouillabaisse) would have been lovely to soak up the flavorful broth. The real surprise came when the bill did not reflect the 30% Fork discount. I mentioned this to the server who then sent over the manager. The manager insisted that the bill showed a discount. When I brought out my calculator, it was revealed that they had only discounted the bill by 15%. Be sure to check that the discount is properly applied, if you book with a discount code.

10/10This is still my favorite restaurant in Lisbon for fish ‘n clams, but 4€ for a bottle of filtered tap water is a bit much. I won’t make that mistake again.
