Lovely little restaurant. We sat up on the Mezzanine level and the place was busy all evening, which is always a good sign. The food was superb. My favourite was the pork cheeks which I could not resist mopping up with my bread. They melt in the mouth and the sauce is rich and full of flavour. My wife's favourite was the Vegetables A Bras, which I have to say made vegetables into a bowl full of flavour and texture, excellent. Would definitely recommend this place if you are ever in Lisbon.

The food was good, though not amazing, the service was attentive and we appreciated the fresh orange juice, as we did not want wine.

The whole experience was disappointing from the moment we tried to get there. The location was completely wrong on Google Maps, which led us around in circles and already put us in a bad mood before we even arrived. Once inside, things didn’t improve: the service was painfully slow, inattentive, and honestly unacceptable for any restaurant. The food was another letdown—mediocre quality and an embarrassingly small portion. I’ve ordered this same dish in many places, and this was by far the smallest serving, yet somehow also one of the most expensive. They were even stingy with the potatoes, which are normally the easiest thing to be generous with. And then came the live music… if you can call it that. It was so loud and unpleasant that it felt more like aggressive shouting than a performance. We couldn’t even place our order while they were “performing,” which dragged things out even more. Overall, we left feeling disappointed, frustrated, and honestly a bit cheated. A big no no.
