7/10The cacio e pepe I had was fantastic, but if it weren’t for the food, I’d give this place one star based on my personal experience. The service was the worst I’ve had in Italy. I suspect it might have been because I was dining alone and also the only Black person in the restaurant. My waiter, listed as Alex on the check, initially seemed fine but soon started avoiding me. He offered other tables dessert and checked on them frequently, but ignored me completely. I had to ask multiple times for my check, which took 25 minutes to arrive. During that time, I hoped to be offered dessert like everyone else, but it never happened. I complimented the food and wine, but after that, my waiter avoided eye contact and ignored my empty glass. I tried twice to get his attention, but nothing. I hate making things about race, but it felt like he assumed I didn’t have money. I’m a well-dressed, successful Black person, but I was the only one in the restaurant like me. It was frustrating and awkward.

2/10Awful, don’t waste your time. Absolutely terrible, waited so long for anything. Freezing cold lasagna, which is impossible for microwaved food. Avoid, avoid, avoid. If one of the severs hadn’t spent all night looking after only one table and leaving the restaurant to the other server it may have been better.

10/10We had the salami, cheese and focaccia platter to start. The focaccia was incredible, wish we could go back to try their pizza. For mains we had three roman staples, namely carbonara, cacio e pepe and amatriciana, between the three of us. The presentation and taste of these three dishes were at another level altogether. Service was impeccable, atmosphere was vibrant and we really enjoyed the whole experience.

8/10Pizza was good but the dough was not the usual white pizza dough so it was surprising as it was not expected. Something brown flour healthier option. Anyway it was ok, but that was not what we wanted at this point. Nice service, good ambience also. Would come back, but the pizza dough should be rather an option if some wanted brown. Might have missed this message form the restaurant vision.

10/10I went for the first time to Tacito in 2018 and it just opened and came back in 2023 as we loved our first visit! The restaurant is still as great as it was 5 years ago! The food is delicious and the people super nice !!

6/10Ignored my reservation at first. Then accepted me after 30 minutes. Then another hour to get the food. Food was good. It wasn't as crowded as they suggested, I think they should be more efficient.

10/10We arrived early for our reservation and the staff was happy to find a table for us. The atmosphere was just what we were looking for. We ordered a few items from the menu all were full of flavor arriving at our table within a few minutes of placing our order. My wife ordered a mojito which she enjoyed very much. I enjoyed 3 different Italian draft beers which were very yummy. We are very glad that we tried Tacito. We are even considering returning tonight.

6.5/10There was only 1 server when we were there and it wasnt even empty so the service was quite slow. The pasta, sword fish, and the beef fillet were good but the rissoto was okay.

9/10Located very conveniently, the place is made up in a modern style, reminding of a refurbished warehouse or repair store. While this gives atmosphere and looks really good, it also introduces a relatively high level of noise. Fortunately, the place is not only for the eye. This was for sure one of the best Pizzas I ever had. The dough was superb and the quality of the toppings did not leave anything to wish for. The cocktails as well were really tasteful and in well amount, specifically the Aviator was to our liking. If I had to chase a weak spot, it would be - as in so many restaurants - the dessert. I did not go for it, but my daughter did, and she thought the icecream based dish to be somewhat neutral and overpriced. As for the service: they were very friendly and attentive. I only would have wished for the drinks to arrive ahead of the food to give a feeling of time. As it was, it felt a little rushed, but really only a little. Recommended - also for larger grouos!

10/10The staff were very welcoming and service was fast and efficient. Dania was our waitress and she was excellent and very friendly! The food options are varied, fresh and of great quality! We really enjoyed the pizzas but also the truffle burger, sea bass carpaccio and the deserts were all delicious and carefully presented. The atmosphere is industrial chic and unpretentious, mostly frequented by locals in the heart of Prati. We loved it so much we went again the next evening! Definitely recommend it!
