We were greeted and seated quickly. The waiter helped us with recommendations and we enjoyed an amazing, flavorful, and exceptional meal. Everything was prepared fresh, served hot, and with pride. We shared samosas, Aloo Gobi, Chicken Tiki, and Garlic Naan.

Very unprofessional. It is chaotic with no structure. Cancelled our reservation randomly. We got to know only after we showed up at 9pm for our reservation time. We made a to go order. There were around 15 seats vacant and they asked us to leave and return in 25 min to pick up the food when it was freezing cold outside. When we returned to pick up our order it was apparent that they just wanted to close the restaurant early so they randomly decided to cancel our booking( they told us that they were overbooked and hence had to cancel but we did not see anybody there. There were 5 large tables vacant and they were wrapping up for the night ). The food also was not good as it seemed to be all the left overs for the night. Never ever experienced such unprofessional behavior.

Fantastic curry house on Strasbourg. Beautifully presented food and over all really good service. Just dropped half a mark as first drink order slightly slower than expected, no great issue, just a point to raise and something I am a little fussy about. Definitely recommend though, vegetarian options were great for my daughter

The food was really really good. Wish a bit more electricity was spent on cooking the chicken and lamb a bit longer however would still go back for sure. Not a lot is spent on the interior so don't go for a beautiful interior.

The food at this restaurant was fantastic. We had tandoori chicken and lamb chops and both were the best we’ve had anywhere. You choose your own level of heat- we had hot which was properly hot but still allowed the flavour of the dish to be the star. Started we’re also great, and I had a glass of Indian red wine, which was very nice

Little restaurant in the city center. The place is not particular but the quality of the food is absolutely remarkable. Quick and friendly service, excellent value for money. Highly recommended

The waiter was rather rude to my wife who was initially seated awaiting the rest of us he told her that our party at our table had to leave by 9:00 pm even though the restaurant closed at 10:00 pm.

The food was great! The service was lackluster; no engagement from the server. Apparently it was trash night as there were trash cans next to the restaurant (from another building) and it smelled like a dead animal was in one of the cans. When the wind blew a certain way, it was an awful smell and not very appetizing.

Tamil is one of the best Indian restaurants that we have eaten at in Europe. The food was authentic and delicious. The portions were perfect. They had plenty of yummy and innovative non alcoholic beverages to choose from (as well as alcoholic). We also had the opportunity to sit outside with a great view of the St. Thomas church. And... the service was GREAT! Our servers were responsive, attentive, and accommodating. On the list to visit again!

Although the ratings are and have been excellent, don't expect true sri lankan cuisine. The restaurant is obviously doing extremely well, and fills the seats, so what do i know! But for me mediocre, sorry

We were quite disappointed because the restaurant has great reviews however the food tasted bland, it seemed toned down a lot for a more European taste.

Good meal in a nice atmosphere. Vindaloo was proper spicy! On the downside, the prices were a bit steep, the papadams a bit small... and they had no alcohol free beer.

Dishes were okay but the ambiance was really old fashion and a little bit messy. The staff was helpful and friendly. Good value and easy to reserve a table.

A colleague and I had a lovely meal sitting outside on the terrasse of this restaurant, which is located on a beautiful and calm square in historic Strasbourg. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was very friendly! I was meeting a colleague for a business lunch, and we ended up staying for 3 hours, and this was not a problem. We also received a discount because we booked through La Fourchette, so our meal was perfect in every way! I will certainly return to this restaurant and will recommend it to all my friends!
