Tampu is a favorite of us and a must while traveling in Madrid. We love Peruvian food and chef Miguel Valdiviezo takes it to another level. You can enjoy the excellent tasting menu or choose your options from the menu. This time we decided to focus on the sea food and ordered mussels, oysters,causa pulpo, Corvina a lo Macho and ceviche calientes de langostinos and deserts! All turn out amazing. Nest visit we will focus on meet. If you are dining there don’t forget to order their excellent Pisco Sour and the Peruvian soft drinks chicha morada and chicha de jora to complete your experience.

Food was great! The service was excellent, very professional and attentive staff. Me and my partner ordered from the Menu a la carta for Lunch, and both dishes were delicious. There’s also a good selection of wines. We took a recommendation from the staff and it was perfect. Already planning to go back again!

We took the degustation menu and we couldn’t eat everything, the portions were too big. We ended up taking away one of the step and even with that we ate too much. Other then that the food was very good and the place nice

The food was excellent, well presented and the portions were fine but you have to be careful some of the dishes on the menu are spicy and as far as I remember I don't think this was mentioned on the menu itself or told by the waiter. Overall the food was a real food experience, the service was good , friendly

This restaurant offers outstanding food - creative, tasty, beautiful, simply outstanding. Said that, service is sub-par. Not to the level of the food they serve. I have no doubt that if they address the service gap they have, they can earn a Michelin star or at least be elevated to a Bib Gourmand level. Worth visiting!
