A wonderful family-run restaurant that truly stands out. The food is top quality – fresh, flavorful, and clearly prepared with care. One of our best meals in Sicily (the other was also in Noto). Highlights here were the cheese platter, the aubergine parmigiana and the sea bream ragu with pasta (sublime). Other members of our party were less enthusiastic about their choices, hence a star dropped (I would have given it 5). Service was friendly and efficient but the mains took a long time to come (hence another star dropped). We ate inside because outside was full - the room soon filled and became a babble of happy chatter. Seats not the most comfy and a bit hard to hear in all the chatter, hence the star dropped for ambience too. Overall though, an enjoyable and high quality dining experience. Food was beautifully presented, and I would go again. Thank you!

The waiter was lovely. The food came nicely presented however my husbands rabbit was very dry and my swordfish was cold.

The staff really good, offered to sit us inside and showed us but we decided to sit outside for more atmosphere. Attentive, polite and a really clean restaurant. As a family of four it’s not always easy to get something every one likes, but in this case even the spaghetti and tomato sauce was below average, too much octopus on my starter and they brought the fries with the starters and not the steaks. Although they were fresh and hot fries that went down well. My fish dish too much oil but was tasty and fresh and I enjoyed it. We all found something to taste to satisfy us, it’s hard to enjoy your meal if the whole table not happy. A side note the music from the other restaurant was too loud, thankfully it stopped after two songs. This restaurant just may not have suited our taste, the beer and wine also not our preference. It was clean and for sitting on the street watching the people go by and the lovely setting of the views of the architecture it is worth a try.

Atmosphere was plain but appealing. Our waiter was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and spoke good English. Food for our party of six was good but not great. Pastas and octopus salad lacked flavor but tuna Secondo and steak were excellent. Wait staff was efficient and unintrusive. A very nice but not memorable evening.

We had a lovely meal. Food was excellent. We especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere. Service was also perfect. Glad we chose this restaurant.

restaurant had good food quality. The staff were very polite and accomodating. One issue was they took too long to serve the food. In all fairness it was a Saturday night and were pretty full so they were behind.

This is the forth time I have eaten here. I have never been disappointed. I believe they have the best pasta alla norma in Noto. I always find the servers helpful and knowledgeable about the food and wine.

Salty Fish. We had swordfish and the fish was really salty. My friend couldn’t tolerate it and send it back straight away. But the restaurant tried to charge us for it at the end. Not good

Excellent food and wine, but plastic tables, cheap paper placemats and napkins, and a high noise level. A normal conversation was hardly possible.

The food was good.We had a cheese platter as a starter and that was huge and ravioli with ricotta as a main.Because the restaurant got very crowded we skipped dessert.

The tasting platters to start had a very nice range of local products prepared in interesting ways. The cheese platter was accompanied by some delicious jams. We enjoyed a roasted red snapper which was very moist and cooked to perfection. Great value too.

Looooved it... The service was perfect, friendly and welcoming The starter (octopus with potatoes) was amazing and my main (frittura di pesce) a dream come true. Our wine (catarratto) and dessert were really good too. The restaurant is really nice and well kept...I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone.

The first dishes (Ravioli) has been not hot enough and not so delicious.

The primi were average, the secondi were good, especially the rabbit. Service was slow. Had colour pencils and paper to keep kids occupied.
