Some food arrived cold, such as the Spanish omelette, potato bravas is not all hot. Overall the flavor was average, choices are good , service is fast. I appreciate that I can make a reservation with no wait. A safe choice for tourists or friends gathering.

It started with a warm welcome, and as we sat down we saw the menu and thought it was going to be a nice meal. But it took a long time to get someone's attention to make an order. They had a lot of service staff, but apparently only one takes orders. With the language barrier, it took us a while to figure this out, so we were a little frustrated by the time we started eating. The food was as expected, nothing major to call out. The quality matched the price.

was busy sunday night and the restaurant was packed with people. we made a reservation, so the wait was super short. overall the food was great, yet more to the pricy side since the portion is super tiny. our favorite was squids with ink and aioli sauce. The black rice paella was mediocre since it's a bit tasteless. The ribs and chicken were not to impress with the taste and the quantity was small for the price they charged. The house special sangria was really good and strong. . . since it's busy night, the server forgot many things for additional things we requested.

the food was really good. only 1 item that was so so: the paella. i was expecting the rice to be a little more drier and sticking to the bottom of the pan. the service was really specifically from the young lady acting as the host,assigning the tables.

We were looking for a restaurant to enjoy a nice dinner while in Madrid and this wasn’t it. Considering the incredibly high reviews, we were eager to try and we were thoroughly disappoint. The gambas (garlic shrimp) had no garlic and were tasteless and the drinks were very weak. After getting 1 course and our first round of drinks we decided to ask for the bill and leave. Incredibly disappointing and felt like a tourist trap !

The atmosphere was lovely in the restaurant but the service was extremely poor. Took half an hour for our order to be taken. Half an hour later one cocktail had not arrived so we asked and were told there was no triple sec to make it. We ordered five dishes and only three came out. Asked for the food multiple times but still none came. People who had arrived after us had gotten all their food. After an hour and a half we decided to ask for the bill and left to eat elsewhere.

We booked a table for 8.30pm, arrived in time but had to wait outside until a table was free. We dont do that in UK, if you book for a time your table is always ready. We got in after a 15min wait, got seated so all good. Went to use the toilets, busy, busy restaurant and only one ladies toilet, waited way too long as it was busy ...was not clean, toilet paper on floor, no soap and just not good hygiene wise. Apart from all that the food was good and so was the service. Was obviously popular but felt so uncomfortable about so many people using toilet facilites with inadequate hygiene facilities especially after recent global promlems.

Great food… I had the pork skewers, cheese croquettes, potato bravos and white wine sangria. The servers were friendly and the restaurant had a lively restaurant vibe. Drinks and food were served quickly even though they were busy… but I didn’t feel rushed if you’re looking for a more leisurely dining experience.

The staff were very friendly and served us quickly. The restaurant is very central. There was nice outdoor seating where you could people watch. There’s pictures of each tapas on the menu which i find very useless. The food was really nice.
