6.5/10Been at Tapas loads of times as I see it as my ’local restaurant’! All in all decent but has been pretty much the same as far as I remember Not sure what but maybe some small changes could be good and to squeeze in a bit more ’quality’ and some new twist in the food would be useful

10/10The waitress was super friendly and explained how to order very good. The food was delicious and served immediately. We also were lucky enough to be seated outside in the sun and had a very nice evening. Thank you very much

8.5/10Great find just outside bustling city center. Our waiter was fantastic. He suggested 8 tapas for the 2 of us. It was the Perfect amount. Highly recommend.

10/10Really delicious tapas, very good and attentive service, great drinks - try the gin & tonic cocktails - there is quite a few, overall a great place for dinner.

10/10Omar and Sandra were absolutely amazing. It is our first time in Sweden and Tapas 28. It’s super cute, and the staff will make you feel like you come there weekly. All of the food was amazing as well as drinks and dessert! 10000/10 recommend!

5.5/10Service was very attentive and friendly. Food was another story.. If you've been in Spain then you would know that this is hardly comparable to what tapas should taste like as well as what selection usually is.

10/10The food was delicious, carefully made and everything felt as it should. We especially liked korean chicken and the snack with portobello mushrooms. We were happy with the quality of the food. Very accommodative and smiley staff.

9.5/10Great for us since Scandinavian food is not our favorite. The hot chili shrimp us the bests. Get extra bread to dip into the chili oil. Korean beef and shrimp taco also excellent. The mini burgers I would skip. Nothing special. Service was tops. Would eat there again

6.5/10First thing first; very good service! It was possible to either have a indoor or outdoor serving. Both looked great but my company and I chose to sit indoors this breezy night. There was a cozy atmosphere with a good sound level in the room. We got the menus which had those ticking boxes for you to fill in what to order, very convenient when it comes to tapas. There was a good selection of food and especially drinks! We ordered 3 tapas each (which was enough to get full) and some drinks. The drinks were tasty! The food mediocre. I was actually disappointed of both the layout and the taste. There was just nothing special about it. The service however was as said very good! I put notice to our waiter giving his full attention to not just us but to all his guests. So to summarize, Tapas28 is a place to go to with friends, a date or even family to have some drinks in a good atmosphere. You can order some food, but just don’t have any expectations.

8/10Went there for my boyfriend's birthday, we really liked the food. Only disappointment was the reservation issue. Apparently they forgot or skipped the reservation I made weeks ago, even though we were not late, even 15 mins earlier. If you have a reservation there, better to call and remind 1 day earlier or so, so you don't end up with a bad table or no table if you have a special plan like this. However, we got really lucky and managed to sit at the nicest table inside. Staff is very friendly and and food is great though. Lambracks and scampi in hot oil were our favourites. Portobello carpaccio was also interesting and flavorful.

8.5/10This is second time we visit this lovely restaurant. The service is great as usual, they have removed some tables so the distance between guests is adequate according to the “social distancing”. The food is good, the only downside this time is the shrimps in garlic were cold and raw in the middle.

9/10A good place for a nice casual meal with family or friends. Very friendly staff and and good service. There were many tasty tapas dishes to choose from. Drinks were perhaps a little bit on the costly side, but all in all we had a nice evening out.

10/10I am usually kinky about food but was greatly positively surprised here. The dishes were sooo good, recommend all the dishes I had: fried shrimp in garlic and chili, mini burger, scallop, halloumi sticks. The service was great too!
