The food here is excellent. We can definitely recommend the scallops, tuna tartare and the octopus with potatoes. Great service. The staff are very kind and helpful. This is the best restaurant we’ve eaten in here in Valencia.

Taperia Pulpería Ligazon is an excellent spot for authentic Spanish cuisine, especially if you’re a fan of octopus. The pulpo (octopus) is perfectly cooked—tender, flavorful, and beautifully seasoned. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the service is attentive without being intrusive. A great place to enjoy traditional flavors done right.
