10/10We enjoyed our meal in Tasca Louca. The food is very nice, it's tradicional portuguese food served as tapas so we managed to try several dishes. The staff was great. After the meal it was very easy to go to the next bar since Tasca Louca is located in the heart of Bairro Alto. Thank you for a good experience!

5.5/10During our recent visit, we wereexcited to explore local cuisine, but our experience fell short of expectations. Despite making a reservation for 22:00, we found the menu limited to only three starters and three main dishes. For a restaurant claiming to showcase local flavors, the lack of variety was disappointing. It seemed as though the kitchen was winding down, and if so, it would be better to close earlier than offer such a restricted menu. Another couple nearby shared our concerns about the poor food availability, and adding to our dissatisfaction, the owner chose our wine without allowing us to decide or even taste it first. This service left us feeling overlooked. The presentation of the cheese plate was particularly disappointing; it arrived with plastic wrap still on it. Lastly, the state of the bathroom was concerning, as it was dirty and poorly maintained. Overall, while we had high hopes, the limited menu, poor service left us disappointed. Not recommended

6/10A little salty and dry rice with duck but we were so hungry we ate it all and was a good portion. I didn’t like that they brought us bread, butter and olives without explaining that if we eat we pay it. In Chile, Spain and other places that’s for free. It would have been nice they told us that or just didn’t bring it to us. I felt pressured to spend more and I would have if they were a bit nicer service. I had to get up to get the menu and napkins so they could improve the service. Overall was good meal for the price
