6/10We were rushed to give the waiter our order,when we recieved our Pasta and Pizza we asked for an extra plate to share the Pizza and the waiter was not happy about that.The Pasta was barely warm.

10/10lovely food ,good service and friendly staff . we previously used to go to Taurus 2 but a combination of bad food and rude staff made us try Taurus 1 and what a difference. we'll definitely be coming back

5.5/10Our initial drinks and food arrived quite quickly and were great but then it was very difficult to get the attention of any wait staff to request more drinks, then dessert and then the bill. After waiting ages I went inside to pay the bill. We felt like we were being studiously ignored.

10/10Always made to feel very welcome here. Food always amazing quality. Staff seemed to have changed though, we visit quite often, nice to see new faces, but also miss the old.

10/10Tasty food, steak cooked to perfection- great choice of starters. We opted for focaccia which was big enough for 2( or3) and garlic mushrooms/ delicious.Friendly staff - nice choice of drinks

7/10Food very nice but portions too big . Was never offered dessert and when I put the money for the bill down the waiter swooped in from behind and took it without even thanking us , need some customer service skills

6/10Been going to Taurus for many years and our latest visit was worst it has been. Service really poor which is one of the things it used to be fantastic at. 2 or 3 main guys/girls running around trying to do everything with a couple of others doing very little. Lots of surly faces amongst staff. Couple at next table waited over 20 minutes just to have order taken. Food was OK but not anything of the standard of previous visits. Some of the food was warm, not hot.. We were going to order desserts and coffees but waited so long for our table to be cleared we gave up, paid the bill and left. One the that hadn’t changed was entertainment, singer (Elvis for part of time) is really good. Will be looking out for another steak house n Los Cristianos in future.

2.5/10Not good service, never seen a chateaubriand. Mussels were crap, Vegetables not cooked. Only thing that was good was the chips!!

6/10We got our main course which was very nice then they forgot about us. Took 45 min to order a desert but then they forgot about that to. After 2 hours they brought us hurried sloppy deserts one at a time. Not even a sorry.

5/10Front of house poor no welcome words etc Service just put down no return to see if everything was ok which it was not we both ordered fillet steak which at best was chewy with little flavour my wife asked for her to be cooked a little more but it was not improved Disappointed with the meal but the live music added to the ambuans of the evening

7/10We’ve been many times before but tonight the service was not good. Food brought out in the wrong order (sides with staters) They didn’t seem to understand our order. T-bone steak not the best we’ve ever had. We skipped dessert and left. Disappointing.

8.5/10The restaurant had a lovely atmosphere, clean and tables were beautifully set. The staff were great, and checked in on us throughout our meal. The cocktails we had were very delicious and were pleasing to look at. Both of us had fillet of steak with chips, vegetables and had sides of garlic bread and onion rings. Very tasty food, only downside was it came out warm not hot, and due to air con it went cold quickly, however we still enjoyed it very much. Would recommend.

4/10When we arrived we were shown to our table of 8. We asked could heaters be brought over as it was cold. No heaters were available. They moved us to another table. After they moved us bar our food being brought to the table no one came near us. When they cleared the table they left some people with their dinner plates still in front of them. Eventually they brought down desert menus. After 20 mins I asked could someone take our order. Another 10 mins passed and eventually someone came down. At that stage we just wanted to pay and leave. The service was the worst I gave experienced in a long time.

4.5/10Our order came wrong. We had to send a ribeye steak back as we had ordered sirloin steak. The other 7 diners had finished their meals before the replacement steak had arrived, which was disappointing. The food was lukewarm. The steaks did taste nice and were cooked well. Our dirty plates stayed on the table for a good 30 minutes after we had finished. We asked for the bill which came but then nobody came to take our money. After asking several times we eventually had to go over to the till to make payment. We’ve been twice before to this restaurant last year and it was lovely. We were very disappointed with the whole experience this time. We won’t be returning again in a hurry and won’t be recommending it to friends.

5/10Used to be a regular visitor to taurus 1 however during our recent visit u ordered 2 sirloin steaks and was brought 2 fillet steaks upon speaking to the waitress there was no apology didn't take them back tried to tell me there was no difference and they were only slightly more expensive . I don't consider 10 euro to be slight. Never returning.

We visited Taurus 1 tonight for the 4th time in seven nights here, that alone tells a story as we are pretty fussy eaters 😎 but tonight we had the chateau breon which was absolutely divine 😋 fantastic eating experience for our last night here,highly recommended it or the fillet steak, all in all a fantastic eatery ❤️😋 Pete and Ev hay 😋😋😋
